Let me start by saying; I hardly EVER write reviews, but I am super disappointed in this salon. I only get my nails done a few times a year and decided to try some place different this time; bad idea. The salon itself looked really nice; clean, well lit, nice nail bar, etc. I got SNS done and within 30 minutes of leaving the salon, it was already cracking. Literally all I did was drive my car back to work, so its not like I was being rough on my hands or anything. Less than a week later now and all but one fingernail has massive cracks in it. I guess I should have just done them at home since at least I know they dont crack when I do them. She didnt bother to push my cuticles back and filed my nails into a shape I dont really care for (after telling her my length and shape was fine).\nI also wasnt super pleased with the attitudes of the employees. The woman doing my nails acted like she was too distracted to work on my nails or even speak to me. She was looking elsewhere the whole time and speaking to her co-worker in another language. She was so busy looking elsewhere that she actually missed dipping my finger into the powder at one point. Another lady came in to get a pedicure and was looking at the colors. The man who does the pedicures came up and crossed his arms looking impatient with her and was speaking with the lady doing my nails. I could tell they were talking about her because when they finished speaking, he asked the customer very sarcastically if she had picked a color yet. If I were her, I probably would have just turned around and left. I felt like the customer service was lacking since they didnt actually speak to any of their customers and their actual services were below par. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I came twice get my nails done. The first time I walked in I was told they would not have to do my nails that day. There was not many customers in there. It was 5:05 and there were only one or two customers in there, one worker asked when her appointment was, said 5:30. They could have helped me 25 minutes was plenty of time to get started on me, then when her 5:30 appointment came, they could have someone finish my nails. The one time I was helped was when I needed !y eyebrows waxed. I believe I am being discriminated against because I am a large black woman. These workers are racsist and I will never come here again. I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and I absolutely love 💕 them they do such a great job on my nails each and everytime💅 and they are gentle. Horrible experience. Went in for a pedicure and the tech did not want to scrub dry, dead skin off , told me state board prohibited which my feet was not bad at all and never experienced this issue at any other nail salon Horrible experience. Wonderful customer service i plan to go back... People were very kind to me and did a good job with my mani and pedi.

Amazing and great work, Kim especially, has the best experience, nice and reliable. Hopefully you all will come and experience the same treatment I got! Love this nail spa.

I’ve been going here for a few years and I’ve yet to be disappointed….they take their time and ask for reassurance to make sure I’m satisfied when walking out their door. Gone here for years and NEVER had an issue! Not once since I started going here has a nailed pooped off. They always look great and no matter what style I ask for she has nailed it every single time!

This place is great. Inside the main room is a few good and comfy chairs to relax and wait on til your turn comes. The shoppe may be a little small but its amazingly welcoming and homey.
