Kates is my go to place!! Everyone is extremely nice and accommodating. They always do an amazing job. I recently got my nails done for prom and they look perfect.

Agreed to be able to do the designs and colors I asked for and then when it got time to do the designs...she failed horribly and didnt even seem to appear as if she was trying.\n\nThe whole sitting there she kept smacking my hands each time I didnt move when I was suppose to. My nails looked raggedy as if they had been worn for 2 weeks already. So much gap was left between the nail and cuticle.
