Had a pedicure here and it wasnt bad. Not the worst pedicure Ive had, that one made me bleed like a lot. Not the best one Ive had, I was walking on clouds after that, but a good pedicure none the less. They do however us Had a pedicure here and it wasnt bad. They do however use a scrub gel that I thought was nice, it wasnt just the brush/pumice stone polishing your skin. Never had a pedicure use scrub gel before, but I liked it. My nails were okay, But the main reason I won’t be coming back is because the lady jammed the file into the skin under the side of my nail. I now have two sores and scabs on the sides of two nails. Customer service is terrible. Had a few issues with them and finally moved to another nail salon. 1. Had SNS done. Told nail tech color looked completely different. Tech agreed and checked with Jenny, the owner. She sai Customer service is terrible. Had a few issues with them and finally moved to another nail salon. 1. Had SNS done. Told nail tech color looked completely different. Tech agreed and checked with Jenny, the owner. She said it was the correct color. After the nails were done, they admitted it was the wrong color. Tech told me to come back to fix the next day. When I came in, Jenny, told me that If it happened again, to not ever come back! That was very unprofessional, very unkind, and so rude of her.\n2. My daughter and my neighbor walked in just a couple of minutes late due to unexpected traffic, and Jenny shouted out they were late in front of the entire place. On top of everything their nail tech was running late with the previous customer, so they had to wait to get their service anyways.\n3. I had the first appointment of the morning one day. On my way there, Jenny called me to tell me that the nail tech was running late and asked me to come in a hour later! I was already on my way! but I showed up sooner just to realize that the tech was NOT running late rather, Jenny gave my appointment to someone else that walked in. I couldnt believe it.\n4. I made an appointment and when I showed up, Jenny told me I had no appointment. I said I made one yesterday over the phone, she said I didnt. I told her to keep looking and she found that her son, who answers the phones often, put me down for weeks ahead. She said they were booked and told me to come back tomorrow. She didnt even say sorry for the mistake or inconvenience.\nThere is no care or respect for peoples time or feelings. Found a great place where people are nice, welcoming and professional ..Where they are respectful of you and care about your satisfaction.\nSo relieved I finally left. more ... less ...

I took my sister in for her first set of acrylics and they were wonderful in helping her get exactly what she wanted. It was also the best nail experience I’ve ever had in getting my nails done all these years. I’ve lived in the area for years and have driven past quite a few times but not today. Today was my first day into Quinn Nails and I’m so glad I went. The customer service that I received was amazing! Every cus I’ve lived in the area for years and have driven past quite a few times but not today. Today was my first day into Quinn Nails and I’m so glad I went. The customer service that I received was amazing! Every customer that walked through the door, Quinn knew and that to me shows she really truly cares about the people that walk through her door. She builds great relationships so people will come back! Including myself, I will most certainly be back. I get bad ingrown toenails and most salons just rip them out to where I’m bleeding or in really bad pain afterwards. Not here, Quinn made sure to soak my feet extra long so they would easily come out. If I could I’d give her salon 10 out of 10 because customer service like hers and her salon doesn’t exist anymore! more ... less ...
