I have never left a bad review in my life but this was a must. They did not shape mine or my daughter’s nails the way we asked. Mine were too narrow at the tip when I requested them not to be and hers were very squa I have never left a bad review in my life but this was a must. They did not shape mine or my daughter’s nails the way we asked. Mine were too narrow at the tip when I requested them not to be and hers were very square and she plainly asked for coffin. Was asked to pay before they were painted, right after I expressed the dislike of the shape of mine. I did and even tipped both technicians. After that both were poorly painted as far as coverage and paint on the skin around nails. Also poorly painted toes as far as paint on skin around nails. I did not see the shape of my daughter’s nails until after they were painted. Her being 13, did not feel comfortable saying anything to the technician. Not willing at all to offer to fix any of the issues. Very disappointing and unpleasant experience that was supposed to be something fun for my daughter and I. Only thing good I can say is it did appear to be a very nice looking facility. Also the sign on the building read NC Nails so do be fooled! more ... less ...

I have been going to this nail salon since I was a teenager . I recently moved back and was hoping to return as a client. But the customer service is horrible. I went to get a fill in and two days later I could pill the I have been going to this nail salon since I was a teenager . I recently moved back and was hoping to return as a client. But the customer service is horrible. I went to get a fill in and two days later I could pill the entire gel polish off.it began to lift ! I did notice when he was painting them he didn’t apply a base coat. But I thought maybe it was a new polish or something that didn’t require it Well when I went back in to show them and to have it repaired. Brian seem to blame me for not speaking up about the base coat. Also the tech seemed to be talking about me and had a horrible attitude\nNO one offered an apology or seemed to care that I had to take my lunch to come have my nails redone. Due to the tech mistake I had to say thank you on the way out the door they completely ignored me\nA lot of people are starting to discontinue using these types of businesses because they are rude If it was my business I would have apologized AND seemed to care about the inconvenience. I think of it was an older white Women they would have apologized. I felt discriminated against\nI am glade to see more private nail techs. Because the salons have horrible attitudes and blame their customers when they are wrong Also. They make rude comments about there clients when they leave behind their back.
