Older male nail technician with glasses was rough and very unfriendly. Showed a rude and nasty attitude while speaking and mumbling in his foreign language. Did not use towel on table. Lazy rushed job on my wife nails. We basically paid for the nails, acrylic and shape $50. My wife should have given $25. Says more than enough!!! Shape wasn’t coffin as requested. I tried Regal Nails in the Walmart in Elizabeth City today, it was the worst pedicure I have ever had! I had to come home and REDO 2 toes that were overly caked with Polish they were done in a hurry and the calluses were no better when I left, I have never been to a Salon that wants you to purchase the Polish you choose from their samples, the others I have been to have Walls of Polish to pick from... you pay for that with your pedicure, if you want to purchase thats up to you, it should be EXPLAINED, not expected. Me and a friend went here. My friend got seated immediately but it took me 45 minutes to get seated. When i did she was the one at the first desk and she was on the phone for the first 15 minutes. As she was taking my old acrylics off she ripped my pinky nail and it bled and she started laughing about it. She LEFT in the middle of doing my nails and was gone for a good 30 minutes. Finally when coming back she rushed through my nails and it was an awful shape and was not the color i asked for. I asked for a dip manicure and she gave me gel. I made an appointment with Klassy Nails first but they didnt honor my appointment so I called Studio Nails and asked would they be able to take me without an appointment. They were so friendly and welcomed me. They were so friendly and welcomed me. The young lady that did my lashes was so nice and I enjoyed talking to her while she worked. Over a week later the eyelashes are still on and Ive had so many compliments. People have even thought that they are my real eyelashes. I will definitely be back. Ive always gotten good pedis but I recently got my first set done here. Nick did an amazing job. Ive never had nails stay on for 2 weeks let alone the 3 I can go here.
