I used to love going to AJ nails about six years ago until new people came. there is a man that works there and he literally cut my fingers and he forcefully grabs my finger and pressed hard and doesn’t acknowledge I used to love going to AJ nails about six years ago until new people came. there is a man that works there and he literally cut my fingers and he forcefully grabs my finger and pressed hard and doesn’t acknowledge my discomfort. He got too close to my cuticles and cut me! my fingers were sore for days!! I do not recommend this place- honestly, that man shouldn’t be doing nails .. And not to mention he made my fingernails crooked and the painting looks awful 😞 I honestly will never go there again until there is new people. Vicki is amazing & everyone in here is so kind & welcoming. She remembered me by name on my second visit. Excellent customer service & AMAZING acrylics. I came in as a walk-in and was seated within 10 minutes of coming into the salon, not a long wait time at all! Vinny and his wife both did a wonderful job on my nails!! Vinny did a beautiful, sakura pink stiletto liquid gel manicure, while his wife did a white gel pedicure, followed by a relaxing foot massage AND she waxed my eyebrows to perfection! Both of them were very detail oriented and they didn’t rush, they took their time and held pleasant conversation with me while they worked their magic. I was even given a cup of wine and a bottle of water while in the massage chair, which was a pleasant surprise. Being a first time mom to a 2-month old, it felt so, so nice to have somebody take care of me and be so kind to me after putting everything into taking care of my baby. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I was given and I expect to return from now on for all of my beauty services!!\n\nAn extra plus, they have an ADORABLE puppy named Rampage, who just makes the atmosphere more comfortable and fun to those who have to wait!! 11/10 salon experience. Store opened at 10am. I Called 2 days prior to make an appointment for me and my sister who has stage 4 lung cancer to get pedicures. We arrive at 10 they already have 6 people soaking their feet and only 3 workers. Why Store opened at 10am. Why would you take walk ins starting at 9am per the sign in sheet if you don’t open until 10am and you know you have 2 appointments arriving at 10. I was not going to wait when I had made an appointment for a reason, my sister cannot sit wait an hour after our appointment time in her condition, shame on them! I have been to this salon many times and this has never happened. So sad that they make appointments and don’t honor them. Apparently they will take the money of those just walking in and have people with appointments wait. You will never see a dime of my money again! more ... less ...

I moved to Garner in June & was very careful about where I chose to get my nails done- since I had a wonderful place in PA. I had the most wonderful experience. My pedicure was great (although, next time I probably would I moved to Garner in June & was very careful about where I chose to get my nails done- since I had a wonderful place in PA. I had the most wonderful experience. My pedicure was great (although, next time I probably wouldn’t get polish on my toes because it was an extra $20 and I got a super light color- but I knew this going into it). I also got this full set of acrylics & I’m obsessed! The lady that did them was so sweet & delivered EXACTLY what I asked. I will absolutely be going back for a fill & I plan to get the woman’s name who did these- so I can be a regular! more ... less ...
