I tried this place for the first time the other day, and they were amazing!! I wish I could give more stars! The staff was so friendly, and everything was so clean! Definitely going back!

I came to Polished after receiving a horrible manicure at a different salon. The other salon gave me the wrong shape, length and color. They left clumps of the dip powder all over my fingers and the nails were so thick a I came to Polished after receiving a horrible manicure at a different salon. They refused to fix them and having to work that night I was in a rush to find someone to help. From the moment I walked in to Polished the staff was so welcoming and kind. They took no time at all to get me in a seat and get started on fixing the disaster of a set. Ivy cut and shaped my nails perfectly. She filed down the mountain of product that was used, did a color change and cleaned up the mess of dip powder that was clumped under my nails and all over my fingers. Will 100% be using this salon from now on! I’ve already recommended Polished to so many of my friends! more ... less ...

First time here, they were very welcoming especially the owner. My nails set was exactly what I wanted and she definitely delivered. Not thick and bulky looking. Very nice!! I will definitely return!!

I asked why she didn’t offer me anything? She said do you want some? I had completed my Nails, Eyebrows, and Pedicure!! I was so DISAPPOINTED 😢 I paid good money 💰 for these services almost a $100.00 dollar!! I’ve waited and waited because honestly Mary can slay some nails but I only get the run around. Then I called today and was placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes listening to the person who placed me on hold joking and having conversations with various people like I wasn’t on the phone. Ignored all of that because life happens just to get hung up on after I said “hello” to get her attention. I met a friend for a deluxe pedicure a few days ago, she arrived 20 minutes before me and they had started on her pedicure. I also had to ask him multiple times to stop filing as they were already even and how I liked them. I asked the dudes name and it was Tony. Even the lady doing my friends said that was way too fast as well as the girl working the front desk. He didn’t apply any lotion or oils at the end and didn’t even say a word, just got up and walked off. I was still expected to pay full price and wasn’t offered anything for my dissatisfaction. My nails looked really bad and I tried to tell her different things to try in which they got worse and worse. None of my nails are the same shape and just overall do not look professionally done.\nAlso I just simply wanted my toenails painted to match and in trying not to spend as much I did not do a pedicure. I get to the register to pay out and my total was extremely high. As I asked for details on what I was paying for they informed me I had to pay 25 dollars for the toenail paint which is ridiculous considering a pedicure is only 30. If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Unprofessional and high prices for unsatisfactory service. I started to go back and complain, but it won’t go well, so I’ll take it as a loss. When you hire nail techs make sure they are capable of fulfilling their job qualifications. Employees were on their cellphones..talking, playing games on their phones and nail stations beside customers. Pedicure chair didn’t work so I sat there with 2 balls sticking in my back. Pricing also isn’t and wasn’t posted on the wall and when I made that point she went behind the counter to prove the price that she charged. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP EVER AGAIN. I also noticed that every white person that came in received service from those of Vietnamese descent and others ..like me were sent to the Black American workers. They were also rude to their black employees but not the others. Employees complained while I was getting my nails done and they don’t allow their employees to promote themselves or their own services inside their shop. No ⭐️ Rating from me more ... less ...
