I went back here to get a Pedicure two days before leaving for vacation because I previously had a good Pedi from Lee. She was with another client this time and a young man gave me a Pedi. He did a horrible job, but I I went back here to get a Pedicure two days before leaving for vacation because I previously had a good Pedi from Lee. She was with another client this time and a young man gave me a Pedi. He did a horrible job, but I didnt have time to wait for Lee. I woke up the next morning with a very sore and angry looking toe and a split toenail on the opposite foot. I went in and Lee fixed the split nail and said my big toe just had some missing skin. No, it did not. He must have opened up under the skin in the nail bed with an instrument that was not properly sanitized. I spent 7 days on a hiking camp trip trying to keep the infection under control, in pain and unable to hike. First vacation in 2 1/2 years and it was ruined with an infected toe! I got back home last night and the last photo is how it looks this morning, 9 days later. Still not healing. Now, I will incur an expensive Doctors visit. Will never go to Nail First or probably have a Pedicure at any salon again. more ... less ...

I came here as a mothers day gift with a party of 3 girlfriends of mine all Making appointments at 5:30. We originally waited 30 minutes before even being seated then both of my friends proceeded to get their toes done a I came here as a mothers day gift with a party of 3 girlfriends of mine all Making appointments at 5:30. We originally waited 30 minutes before even being seated then both of my friends proceeded to get their toes done as I patiently wait for my technician. I had to have my water refilled 2 times due to waiting so long, it got cold. My 2 friends were completed with their pedicures and I still sat without a technician coming over to me. I waited almost 2 hours and people with nail appointments 30 minutes after me were being seen before me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT. dont waste your time making an appointment or even doing business with these people. They didnt even try to make it right. I will never come back!! more ... less ...

I just didnt like the vibe here. The owner I believe just seems unhappy and mad. I have tried this place several times over the years and its the same EVERY TIME! This is one of the best places ever, they always try to work you in when they are busy, very good results.

The experience was great and they gave me what I asked which was also great don’t get me wrong. But, I was charged $50 for shellac and these are my natural nails not acrylics. Yes, I had a design but the design I had them do shouldn’t have costed this much and I realized they charged an extra $5 just for my nails to be shaped almond. They also kept on asking me questions about the last place I went to such as how it was over there and how much they charged me which I thought was a little weird. more ... less ...
