The guy doing my nails rushed me into choosing what I wanted. When I told him what I wanted to get, he said it would look childish (I wanted French tips with an accent nail and a sparkly silver line over the tip). He then practically told me what he was gonna do and put colors over my tips instead of the sparkly silver line. The shape is awful, the tip isn’t even glued down all the way on one of my fingers, it’s bumpy, the lines aren’t straight... these were supposed to be for my birthday and I’m really disappointed. I spend $55 on these and they’re not what I wanted at all. I’m a really shy person so it’s hard for me to speak up for myself, but when I tell someone what I want, I expect to get that and not be insulted for my choices. I think these are much more childish then what I originally wanted. They look like Easter eggs and Easter is over. I’ve been here before for acrylics. Loved them, so I went back. Paid 60 the first time, Awesome. I went for a fill in and was just charged 50! Didn’t work in my nails 30 mins. Lee is amazing! I had a Japanese hair straightening appointment with her and I am SO happy with the results! I naturally have coarser curly hair (biracial) and she made my hair bone straight! The owner, Shirley, answered and told us she was taking appointments only for today, but shed be happy to fit him in. He was her last client.\n\nThe salon was clean and stylish, and had a wide selection of colors and types of polish. Shirley was courteous and great. Shes very kind and so passionate and thorough with her nail art. My bf was very pleased with the whole process and final product of beautiful nails. Only 2 employees were wearing masks, first red flag. Second, it took almost 4 hours for the technician to do a set of acrylics, I was in there beyond closing and went in two hours before they closed. My acrylics were way too thick, the acrylic tip glued on my index finger on my left had was extremely crooked, the nails themselves were bumpy and looked bent almost, there was far too much product put on and not smoothed out properly. I thought they weren’t too bad in the store but when I made it home and saw how bad they were I ended up taking them off after a week. I asked for square shaped nails and my nails were almost every shape but square, they were not filed properly. When I checked my credit card statement they charged me $65 when my nails were $38 and I left a $5 tip. My nail beds are now scarred from where the technician was too rough and damaged my nail bed with the tools she used, there was so much product on it took 3 hours to remove my nails at home, acetone barely got them off. more ... less ...

I absolutely love these ladies! As crazy as it seems time flys and here 6 years later Jenny is still my number one and only go to for my nails. Shes the best! Its always welcoming and clean and the ladies r very sweet I absolutely love these ladies! Nice people!! But prices did change every time and I would get the same thing. They did good on pedicure too but they just scraped to from under nail which kinda hurt. Definitely my go to spot tho for manicure

My cocktail as well as my dinner was very good. Cranberry Kiss cocktail and Winter Squash salad with Salmon and split a serving of Blackberry Wine cake. All delicious and would get it all again.

The pedicure and beginning of the manicure was fine. Before they put the polish on, they stopped and demanded that I pay. I thought this was odd, but I paid and left a tip. Mistake. They didn’t ask my friend to pay before hers. An old man came over to do my nails. No gloves and dirty hands/fingernails. He got polish all over my skin. He used his own dirty fingernail to scrape my skin/under my nail to get the excess polish off. He did this with every nail and I felt extremely uncomfortable. I left with worse nails than I came in with (that I did myself). I almost felt violated that he was scratching and digging in to my skin with his nails. I cried when I left. I went back to complain (which I have never done in my life) and they did nothing. more ... less ...

I was already upset and ready to leave. Fuklset with gel polish on short nails and a color change on my toes with regular polish. The lady said it will be $80!! I’m like what!? so anyway went ahead and paid it. She had the nerve to ask me if I had cash app or Venmo really? I told her no I have a debit card. I’ve never been asked if I had any kind of cash app. Very unprofessional. What they need to do since they are double charging people is update their business and get some cleaner materials.
