I feel like since theyve moved to a bigger location theyve lost their touch. It definitely feels rushed when youre serviced and there arent many people there that have good customer service. I recently heard that people have stopped going there because their nails havent been lasting anywhere near as long as before, I think theyve changed the products they use. Despite this, I got a pedicure and dipping powder. Well, my dipping powder nails started popping off only a couple of days after getting them done (no hard wear and tear or anything out of the norm with my hands) and the skin under my big toe started to itch. I wont be coming back to this salon.\n\nOriginal (12/01/18)- 5 stars: This is my new regular. The employees are so professional, nice, and welcoming. I have not had one bad experience with them so far and there seems to be a lot of regulars. The employees actually know their customers and care about the quality that they receive. Its very clean, quiet, and relaxing. I also love that they do a rewards program. When you check out you enter your phone number and once you reach a certain amount of points you get something.
