I went in and the service was horrible. Not only was the establishment dirty the wait was forever and there was no one else in the salon at all. I got a full set and there is acrylic all over my cuticles. The shapes are I went in and the service was horrible. I went for the first time here to this nice hair salon. I havent had a haircut in over a year because of covid-19 and being afraid of being disappointed. My cousin reccomended me this hair salon and I am so glad that she I went for the first time here to this nice hair salon. Since her hairstylist was book until May I decided to give Brittany a chance and boy I am glad I did. She did a great job with my haircut. She definitely knows what she is doing. And she made sure I was happy with my haircut. She is now my hairstylist for good I made sure she knew that. her price isnt bad at all. I told her she is my hairstylist and I am glad that I got my haircut by her. My experience was horrible but the employees were nice. i got acrylic nails w/ regular polish & my polish wouldn’t dry even after 3 hrs. the acrylic was also done very lightly and thin. my nails have broken and I do My experience was horrible but the employees were nice. i got acrylic nails w/ regular polish & my polish wouldn’t dry even after 3 hrs. the acrylic was also done very lightly and thin. my nails have broken and I don’t recall how until just noticing it’s gone (hadn’t hit my hand on anything, which only shows how thin they are). i spent less than 15 minutes in the chair while the people before me were serviced for an hour. i got no proper nail prep, nothing was done to my cuticles, oh and boy to mention, when i left it already looked like i needed a fill in. i had to repaint and bedazzle my nails on my own bc they were smudged and messed up. if you hadn’t gone there before i would suggest going somewhere else than here. it seems they give their known clients better quality nails. i also asked for the base price and they added an extra $5 but i didn’t get anything jewels,etc.\n\nthis was my first time going to a nail salon in years and this showed my why i outta stick w/ nail techs from instagram.\n. more ... less ...

I highly do not recommend this business. Not only do they do a poor job on your nails, there is also no heat in the building. I can not count how many state board regulations that were broken. I also believe that they are all working under one license. I asked for a simple coffin shape with French tips. Not only are all ten of my designs uneven, the acrylic itself is also bumpy. The manager did my nails and said this was the best he could do. I paid but then went home and realized the atrocity that took place on my hands. I called them back and they refused a refund. My nails were not even cut before the application of acrylic. Easily the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I plan on contacting the state board and hope any and everyone stays away from this busines. The manager also told me \"it is not my job to keep customers happy\" , the epitome of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.The first photo is what I provided, the second is what I got. I got an infection with my recent pedicure and when I went back in to explain the “wonderful owner Kim” that everyone here references was rude!\nShe treated me like I was the one with the problem ins Horrible! I was not looking for a refund - I wanted to explain that I had an infection and part of my nail had to be removed. I did this so they would clean the darn pedicure bowls!!\nShe didn’t address my concern and walked away. I was calm - the lady who did my\nPedicure felt bad. She barely\nSpeaks English though so she didn’t know what to say or do and looked at Kim who was avoiding the whole thing!\n\nHere’s what I witnessed the 4x I went prior\nto the infection:\nKim and Kevin seem to own the place. You won’t know this unless you are on their schedule because they barely greet the clients of the two ladies who do many of the pedicures.\n\nKim has a steady group of clients who rave about her and likely because most of the people I saw were getting manicures only. She has a busy schedule of consistent manicure clients. Kevin seemed to have some manicure and otherwise didn’t seem to do pedicures. People would check in and he would fill a now known dirty bowl with water and the other two ladies would take care of walk in pedicures of which there are many - good luck!\n\nHere’s the take away —\n\nPEOPLE ARE RAVING ABOUT THEIR GREATNESS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GETTING INFECTED TOE NAILS - STEADY MAINLY MANICURE CLIENTS WONT HAVE THIS ISSUE! The previous color was coming off anyway so that didnt make any sense. Also, he is always looking down at his phone/ movie or something when he is doing my nails. Rude and very unprofessional!! She didnt take time to do my nails. She just went through the motion to finish the job and get paid for the service. I will not be going back. I also noticed that there are quite a few reviews stating the the manager was rude. She was and doesnt seem to care to much about her customers. It was a sad and unfortunate experience.
