If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a nail technician myself and would never treat clients with the service I received. Pedicure Utensils came from a random dusty box. I was cut several times during the pedicure If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a nail technician myself and would never treat clients with the service I received. Pedicure Utensils came from a random dusty box. I was cut several times during the pedicure. The polish looked careless and everything was done aggressively and rushed. I was charged $20 for a soak off. First he tried popping them off, absolutely not. Then he filed them so thin they burned, put me in a bowl to soak off and went to do an entire fill in. Came back (after I finally got them off myself) and gave me $58 total, for cut cuticles, thin and burned nails, and horrible customer service in general. I will never return and would advise others to stay away. They get one star for having pedicure liners I guess. more ... less ...

I hate leaving this place a poor review because usually they are awesome and there are some really great nail techs there who have done great manicures...but today was horrible. I have never had a manicure where I was li I hate leaving this place a poor review because usually they are awesome and there are some really great nail techs there who have done great manicures...but today was horrible. I have never had a manicure where I was literally bleeding and in pain throughout. It was just a SNS fill and she was so rough with the drill. She slid and cut me so bad I was bleeding everywhere and she said oh no you have dry skin. I do not have dry skin. She hit my skin on almost every nail to the point that I was wincing in pain. Then she poured acetone over the cut in an attempt to stop the bleeding. I just said stop. Finish so I can leave. Even 6 hours later my fingers are sore and sting whenever I wash my hands. She was extremely rough and seemed to have trouble seeing up close what she was doing. I’m not sure I’ll go back here unless I know I can get the few techs who are good. Ouch 😥\nUpdate. Went today and Susan was amazing. My nails are gorgeous! Wonderful experience. She is a great tech and I’ll be asking for her from now on\nUpdate::: DO NOT GO HERE!! Awful service. Tells you 15 min when its really over and hour wait. Rude and understaffed. No rhyme or reason to whos next. Poor sanitation practices. DONT GO more ... less ...
