I had a very bad experience with Tommy. I took my daughter. We both had pedis and that part was amazing. The lady who did our pedis was amazing. He did a disaster of a design. Second, he took very good care of his old time customers and my daughter was the side customer. She had to wait for a long time and when he finally got to her he did her nails hurriedly. The shape and length was not at all what she asked for. We ended up going to a second nail salon, Elite Nail salon. They were amazing. They fixed her nails. They did the correct size and made a beautiful design and she had a completely different experience. more ... less ...

I went here with my friend and we had a great long discussion, there are many different rooms within the little house that this coffee shop is in and I could see myself sitting down here and riding for hours. It’s also a great little workspace get away from town if you want to get out of town but not too far! I am from Greensboro and I definitely plan to be coming here more often! The two are regulars here and adore the staff. It was easy to see why. They are all so friendly, helpful, and very good at what they do. I felt so welcomed and comfortable there.\n\nAlso, the pedicure felt so good! Its like a massage, foot bath, and nail polish all in one and I dont know why I hadnt done it before! Its so relaxing. I went in not really knowing what direction I wanted to go with my nails ( the service I was paying for) Adinas patience wore thin and I could tell. The conversations on the side in her native tongue didnt help either. They do not do acrylic, eyelashes, only sns and gel polish & eyebrows, which is fine by me. I live in KANNAPOLIS & trott to Kernersville every 2 weeks to get my nails done . I love their service. I hv tried about 20 nail spas from Salisbury to KANNAPOLIS and their work was just ok. I highly recommend Marie’s spa if you want dip or gel nails. Me and my daughter dropped by randomly and to be honest I was dreading the experience bc I havent had my nails done in so long my hands stay extremely dry from excessive washing and allergies...so they crack and peel. Its a constant battle...My hands look terrible and people ALWAYS say something about them if i get my nails done...but my daughter has been begging me to get my nails done with her so I did it for her.....the nail techs were so professional...they got us right in...never said one thing about my hands or nails...they were very nice and did a perfect job both our nails look great!!! We will be back for sure!!! I dont think they understand how much it meant to me that they didnt say one thing ...you never know what people are going through!!!!\nVery satisfied...both of us!! more ... less ...

I called to check their prices on a new full set of Acrylic Nails.. The price they quoted was VERY reasonable, so I asked them if they were busy within the next 30 minutes.. The 2 ladies were VERY VERY friendly & professional (the entire time I was there).. One of the men did my nails & he was very nice.. I told him EXACTLY what I wanted & he did EXACTLY that! He did an amazing job & he was very fast & thorough.. I couldnt be more pleased.. I gave him 2-Stars because, while I was picking out my polish, (which took LESS than 2 or 3 minutes!) this man decided to come up to the polish stand & yell at me & tell me, \"Youre taking WAY TOO LONG to pick out a color! You need to hurry up RIGHT NOW because I have other customers! Customers are waiting because of you!!!\"\nUUUMMMM, EXCUSE ME?! Im paying you to do something for me NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES! Im paying you for my time & those other customers are paying you for their time, so youre getting paid no matter what! I was there less than an hour & it took less than 2-3 minutes to pick my polish but you simply CANNOT treat your customers like that & you CANNOT talk to people like that (especially IN FRONT of the rest of the customers & staff in the salon) You cause embarrassment & humiliation which, for me, results in anger.. Me writing you a bad review.. & Me spreading the word to ALL of my friends & family to NEVER go there!\nI wouldve given them a 5-Star rating but after the way he talked to me, I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! I go to Vivians regularly and have brought my family and friends to their also. Last week got a gel mani and pedi. That night couple of my toes polish peels off. That night couple of my toes polish peels off. I call she tells me come in and they will fix it. Which they did within the week my finger nails and toes start lifting and peeling. I call spoke with Tim who informed me I could come in and wait if I wanted to but wouldn’t make me a appointment to fix the issue. This issue cost me 100$ I feel this service should last me couple weeks. My friend got hers done day before at different location and hers are still perfectly fine.
