Find best hair and nail salon in Lexington , NC

First let me say they do a great job. But I have been going here for over 4 years. Lately every time I make an appointment I still have to wait anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour. But won’t do the same for me. I think it’s because I have been going so long. They are more interested in satisfying the new customer instead of keeping the old ones. I will be spending my money somewhere else from now on. I have also brought people with me to get their nails done. I’m sure another place will be glad for me to spend 100.00 plus. more ... less ...

Didnt get the chance. I have been in this spot multiple times trying to give them a chance. I have to wait 1 to 3 hour before I can even get a seat. One lady have an app and still sat there 30 to 45 min just waiting on someone. No one has ever greated me when I walk in. I have heard them greet others and ask what they want and tell them the wait but never me. Today I walk in just get stares..then 30 mins later some walks in they ask what they want and everything. Just makes me feel even worse...very unprofessional. Very understaffed...if I could give a 0 and still leave a comment I would bc they dont even deserve a 1 star....lady came in with daughter done pedicure completely separate daughter was done before mom ever seated...then assumed what I wanted bc they never truly asked.... more ... less ...

I followed my long time hair stylist to this salon. I really like it. Its small but stylish and the girls who work there are all very nice. They offer pedicures and manicures too!
