Michelle done great on my feet,but when the other lady that done my nails didnt do as I asked an I even showed her a picture. I do dip bc I like to have my natural nails but they’re weak and only grow long with dip. But they do a flawless shape and application and are easy on the buffing! Also, yeah it’s appointment only but just call up there if you forget to make an appointment, they’ll probably work you in within the hour! more ... less ...

I dont usually write reviews but after reading other reviews I see that this unprofessional behavior is a trend at Regal Nails. Their response to these reviews is \"I hope you come back and pay us again\". Their response to these reviews is \"I hope you come back and pay us again\". When the correct response should be \"let us make this right\". Especially when youre told before you leave to come back if you have any problems. Well, I went back because the color I picked wasnt the color she put on me. It looked very different under the salon lights. I showed her two colors and asked her to pick one of them. She picked a green. A very unflattering green. Green wasnt one of the choices. Its like she picked the color for me. One nail was shorter than the rest so I got the rest of them filed down. Now theyre too short. The lady that done my nails told me she has only been there for a couple weeks. That is not an acceptable excuse when youre paying so much! Which brings me to another point... The prices they have posted in the shop are not what they charged me!! I paid for my sister and myself. Neither one of us had a nice experience. Something needs to change or I dont see this shop remaining a successful establishment. more ... less ...

My friend and I went here yesterday 11/10/2021 for full acrylic sets.\nWhen we walked into the door, the older woman was sitting at the nail table eating boiled peanuts.\nShe told me to pick my color and sit down and pla My friend and I went here yesterday 11/10/2021 for full acrylic sets.\nWhen we walked into the door, the older woman was sitting at the nail table eating boiled peanuts.\nShe told me to pick my color and sit down and placed my friend beside of me.\nI sat down and she started.. never washed her hands after eating.\nI told her I wanted almond shaped. $5 extra. (Which is fine but this is not almond shaped this looks like pistachio shells on my fingers.)\n*the messed up paint is my fault because I didn’t let them fully dry but the shape is way off from what I wanted and she GLOBBED top coat on. I had to scrape it off of my fingers after I left.\n\nMy friend had the older gentleman, he CUT her finger with fingernail clippers, which happens I understand, but none of their supplies were clean. The files, clippers, electric file, all been reused on multiple people while we were there.\n\nI will say, they are both extremely nice people but after this I will not be going back! more ... less ...
