I was in town for the weekend visiting my parents and decided I wanted a hair cut. Emily was amazing. She did such a wonderful job and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The salon is very clean and all the staff I was in town for the weekend visiting my parents and decided I wanted a hair cut. Emily was amazing. First time *paying for someone else to give me a full set I usually do hard gel on myself cuz I dont like to have glue on my natural nails and omg I have 3 cuticle/skin burns from the file my thumb nail tip was glued to First time *paying for someone else to give me a full set I usually do hard gel on myself cuz I dont like to have glue on my natural nails and omg I have 3 cuticle/skin burns from the file my thumb nail tip was glued to my skin so bad it bled when it finally came lose about 8 hours later so I have 4 fingers and or cuticles that are sore and they are to thick in some places too thin in other places and to boot got charged 5 dollars extra for 2 nails painted black not even a design at all they are super bumby and wide I jus hope they dont break cuz the hard gel I do never breaks at work these jus seem super brittle deff not worth 40$ full set of acrylic is usually 25$ and they are an even thickness so ...na not super happy I had to do the designs on them myself o couldnt afford 5$ for each design on each finger thats insane more ... less ...

I have been a patron of another salon who recently went downhill…fast. After three tries in hopes that they would get it together I gave up. Went into Le Nail on a whim with little expectation. I got my nails done for graduation and within five hours I was putting on my seatbelt and my one nail broke and the second one was bleeding underneath my acrylic gel nail. When I called and I told them, they were very ru I got my nails done for graduation and within five hours I was putting on my seatbelt and my one nail broke and the second one was bleeding underneath my acrylic gel nail. When I called and I told them, they were very rude. I went in the next morning and he quickly fixed my nails but they were uneven and did not match. When I explained how my nails broke i was called a liar and ridiculed in front of a full salon of other customers. Four days later the same nail that he fixed, cracked again. I hardly put any pressure on my nails and they easily and QUICKLY broke. I’ve had many comments of people asking me if these were stick on nails because of how bulky and unnatural they look. I’ve had my nails done many times and this is my worst experience. Unfortunately my broken nails were caught in my graduation photos… the most important photos of my 4 years of college and the photos … RUINED!\n\nI graduate on Tuesday and I have an appointment Wednesday with my usual nail salon to have these nails removed and replaced. more ... less ...

I was greeted when I walked in, was taken as a walk in however, I changed my mind remembering I have zero interest of the upkeep of acrylic on top of my own nails, and left. I’ve been coming to Nail 3 since I was in my early teen years to get my eyebrows waxed and nails done. I always enjoyed getting them both done and would mostly come to get them waxed. I always enjoyed getting them both done and would mostly come to get them waxed. This became the only place I would come to because I didn’t feel comfortable with anyone else touching my brows. However, after my latest experience I don’t think I’ll be coming back. When I arrived, they were busier than normal which wasn’t a huge deal but when I went to get my brows waxed by Wendy it felt rushed and not everything that I was used to was done. For example, she did wax and moisturize my brows but when I walked out to my to check them out, I saw so many of my own eyebrow hairs all over my face and many places where I wish it was tweezed where it normally is. A bit disappointed since my eyebrows don’t look like twins and instead look like cousins. Again I understand that they were busy and had a lot of customers but the quality wasn’t there as what I’m used to. more ... less ...

I spent years in customer service and some of that in salons and could see they had a high maintenance customer who was taking up there time. These things happen so I just relaxed. They brought me water. I noticed they were friendly to everyone. Cindy did my nails and she even trimmed my cuticles which if youve been to multiple salons it is almost never done.
