My nails were coming off by the second day I got them done. My second time coming here my replaced nail was way different from the other ones. The difference was extremely noticeable. I now understand why they weren’t fully booked. If you’re familiar with manicures you know the place typically will spend some time giving you a nice luxurious hand massage. The lady put lotion on my hands after finish my nails as an after thought while standing to rush over to her new client. Also I asked for some Christmas decorations such as snowflakes, when she did them she didn’t ask if I liked them, just told me to put them under the light to cure them. Great nail salon - the owners could not have been nicer! I took my daughter and her friend for manicures (full set, fix & fill and a gel manicure) - we all left happy. The salon was very clean too - they sterilize their tools in UV light and were individually wrapped - something havent seen other places which I liked very much. I freaking love this place! Sometimes there is a wait depending on when you arrive, but the nail techs are awesome. I love my nails everytime I get them done here.

Went to see if I could get a haircut and possibly some highlights. The stylist did 2 test pieces because I had old hair color to see if they could lift the red. She cut my hair a little to short after telling her I had natural wavy curly hair. I have to say shes a student and is still training. She was very pleasant and really took her time. I decided to go here today and the lady knew that I wanted acrylics. I had called before to see if they had availability and then when I got there and sat down she knew I wanted acrylics. After she puts the tips on she starts to do the dip on like that’s not acrylic she’s like no it is dip I’m like well I would prefer acrylic. I guess long story short I just wanted acrylic with a French Tips. She proceeds to do the pink white and then gel. She kept doing things that cost more and didn’t ask me. $35 turned into 50 and probably would’ve been 60 when I asked her why she was doing the gel when I didn’t ask for it. She didn’t do the cuticles and my nails look like Chiclets. I will not be back. What an awful experience. more ... less ...

I would leave this place zero stars if I could. I got a classic pedicure on Mother’s Day and I was 30 minutes early for my appointment yet they still rushed my pedicure. The salon wasn’t even that busy to justi I would leave this place zero stars if I could. I told them my skin on my feet were rough and they barely took any of it off, they just used the tool two quick times and thought that was good enough. They also did not buff my nails or anything! I basically paid $30 for just a polish and for them to slap some cream on my legs. Not one person listened to me either when I repeated my feet were still rough, they just walked away from me.
