They cut me twice. Once in my manicure and once on my pedicure. Then they blamed me for the first cut because I was talking to by friend at the time who was also getting their nails done. Funny how Im able to talk at literally any other nail salon (talking is common in salons). Id bet dollars to donuts that they thin out their polish to make it stretch because it was thin and watery. The gems arent lined up evenly or near the cuticle as pictured. I got frustrated and let her finish. The polish doesnt even cover the whole nail. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. My daughter and I went in for pedicures and gel nails. It was anything but relaxing. I felt the stress the entire time we were there. I felt the stress the entire time we were there. First red flag was when a lady came in for an appointment and was told she couldn’t be taken. When the lady tried to talk to them she was completely ignored. Meanwhile we were waiting an hour past our appointment to begin. When it came time for my nails I asked for an American manicure. She began painting white all over my nails and when I asked her about it she got major attitude and began arguing with me about what I asked for. She got very aggressive while I was trying to explain what I wanted. Ruined our entire visit. Don’t waste your money at this place. Customer service needs help. People go to relax not get treated like dirt. I have posted a picture of American manicure and French so the next time someone asks for one you will know what the difference is! more ... less ...
