The guy that answers the phone/runs the raffles need to lighten up... understand that its a big drop...people are going to call. Dont hate life. Guy just hung up on me after taking down my number smh.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star to be completely honest. I went here to get my nails and feet done for my 30th birthday. I asked for rhinestones and when I got to Houston the next day 3 had already fallen off. Not I wouldn’t even give them 1 star to be completely honest. Went in for a gel pedicure, my acrylic soaked off my hands, and a regular manicure. The guy whom seated me was pretty rude. A nice lady came over to do my pedicure- then another guy came to take my acrylic nail off. The Went in for a gel pedicure, my acrylic soaked off my hands, and a regular manicure. The women begins to saw at my toes (which started to burn); then the guy pulls out his saw and tools and Immediately stopped him and told him if he didn’t soak them off, then I don’t want the service. The rude guy came out of no where yelling at me, “well how else to take them off. You tell me how to take off” I told him I wanted them soaked. He pitches a fit a tells me not to tell him how to do it. I them told the lady to also stop my service and Gave her $5 for drilling on my toe for 3 seconds. He proceeds to tell me I owed him $15 for the water and liner used. Yeah- ok. Well I told him where he could kiss. Beware. Only go here if you want to loose your entire nail bed. more ... less ...

I really liked it here...they were super sweet. I needed to run in right before a wedding and they were able to get me in and out quickly. Also they had great convo unlike other places that barely ask if you want a drink I really liked it here...they were super sweet.
