I will NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! I just left there. I got a pedicure done on my lunch break. When she was done with my toes she gave me the foam sandals to wear but there was no drying station. I sat and let my feet air dry I will NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! I just left there. I got a pedicure done on my lunch break. When she was done with my toes she gave me the foam sandals to wear but there was no drying station. I sat and let my feet air dry but I didn’t have long because I had to get back to work. When I got to work my nails were completely ruined. The polish has rubbed off and my nails are cut unevenly. I called the establishment and told them what happened. They told me I could come back and they would touch them up, but I don’t have time to do that because I have an event I’m going to. They flat out refused me a refund. I spoke to a man and a woman who both told me “it wasn’t my fault that happened.” They kept insisting this isn’t their fault. They over talked me and were incredibly rude. Kim has great customer service. Always quotes my prices and explain the prices before I am seated. Never had an bad experience at My Nail Tech . Prices are cheaper than I usually pay at other places. the people who own this place are really nice and sweet. the service was not bad at all, wait time wasnt too long and the prices are decent. but Im really unhappy with the way they turned out. my pinkies are two differen the people who own this place are really nice and sweet. the service was not bad at all, wait time wasnt too long and the prices are decent. but Im really unhappy with the way they turned out. my pinkies are two different sizes and the shape of most of them are lopsided. I wanted matte black coffin shaped and they claimed to have a matte top coat but he just wiped the gloss off with acetone as a matte finish and the color was put on sloppy. I went because of the reviews, so Im posting this to help anyone else before deciding to go here. if you want them to be perfect, go somewhere else for sure. more ... less ...
