I am not the type of person to make a scene or leave a bad review, but I have not had a good experience with this salon. The staff was very friendly and it was a good environment. The staff was very friendly and it was a good environment. I have been to this nail salon once before and got a set of SNS dip powder nails. They looked amazing but all fell off within the week. I decided to give them a second chance and get acrylics this week. I asked a a simple set of coffin nails. The shape was very inconsistent. My left pinky nail is coffin but my right one is square. My middle finger on my left hand is much longer than the one on my right hand. After the lady had applied the acrylic she didnt do much filing which was weird to me. The part on my nail that she did file was not with a new nail file. That is a breeding ground for an infection. I just ignored it and thought maybe she was confident she had a very smooth application. It wasnt until I went out in the sun after leaving that I realized the nails were extremely lumpy. more ... less ...

Im going to make this as short and sweet as possible.\nPros\nThe two ladies that did our pedicures and painted my daughters toes did amazing ❤️\nCons (the person doing my nails was the woman owner)\n\nI was the Im going to make this as short and sweet as possible.\nPros\nThe two ladies that did our pedicures and painted my daughters toes did amazing ❤️\nCons (the person doing my nails was the woman owner)\n\nI was there for FOUR hours with an appointment\n\nCorrect procedure was not used for the dip powder it was applied like acrylic instead\n\nShe was using the drill to do my first 3 cuticles which are now on fire 🔥\n\nShe did not apply top coat all over my nails leaving dents all in them\n\nOnce I asked her to fix it she still missed 3 nails on the edges\n\nI cant even explain what she did to the sides of my nails but my real nail is clearly visible on almost all of them\n\nThe worst part is she tried to tell me it was normal when I showed her the dents in my nails more ... less ...
