Myself, our 11 year old and her best friend visited this salon for mani/pedi’s. The male (I believe owner), was very nice. The male (I believe owner), was very nice. The gal handling both girls was very rude the entire time and continued to call the one child “boring” for her choices. Not once, but a good 15 times, to the point of making her very uncomfortable. This was her first time ever having painted nails or toes. The paint was peeling off the following day, even with paying extra for shellac. Not long after, I developed a toenail fungus on two of my toes. Swollen, red and painful, with major discoloration of the nail. So bad my big toenail fell off completely in the end. I’ve been to many nail salons over the last 20 years, and this is the first to have ever come home with toenail fungus. Very disappointing. This was a a ridiculously terrible experience for me. I asked for Shellac French Tips on my real nails. The owner wasnt listening and chopped off my real nails. I went back to the same gentleman and as soon as he realized I had a complaint was extremely rude to me. I calmy showed him my nails and he wouldnt even acknowledge that there was anything wrong with them, but then said that yellow nails are normal. He was very belligerent, rude, started raising his voice, and refused to even just remove the Polish. I had to ask him to calm down because he was getting very worked up. It was a huge waste of time and money. Very disappointed in the lack of care about customer satisfaction and even more so with the unprofessional attitude. They are very friendly and nice but CAN NOT DO NAILS AT ALL!!!
