I wanted totally different set of nails and this is what I got. I wanted something longer than what I got and the shape is not what I wanted either. I went in for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. Asked to speak to a manager and they continued to sit down and yell across the room and wouldn’t even get up to speak to me. My wife and my step daughter enjoy getting their hair cuts done here. The manicure folks are always busy and their work is top shelf according to my daughter. My nail tech was very nice, gentle while filing and shaping my nails, and did an amazing detailed job polishing my nails.
