I had an appointment at 3:15 but I called ahead to let them know I was running a couple minutes behind. They said that was fine. When I got there the guy said he had to finish with someone else and it would be a half hour. I said that was fine. He wrapped my nails with acetone and foil. An hour later, no one had even checked on me. Three people came in and they immediately started doing their nails. Meanwhile my skin was starting to burn from the acetone. I wound up leaving. I used them before and they were good then, but this was just such a bad experience for me that I likely wont be going back.
