I had gotten the courage to request Lee to do my nails since he does a wonderful job and that I did not mind waiting to be seen by him. They did accommodate and since we sat down they kept talking and he seemed distracted by the conversation. Then as Helen was done with her customer she kept coming over, making Lee rush with his work. This is unusual with Lee, he is so calm and relaxed I believed thats why his work is amazing. But not this time. He was rushed by Helen and She finished my service by putting on the nail polish in a hurried way. I often talk to her and she is very friendly even caring with me but not that day. She was short and very rushed, even though they were no customers after me. Then when I tried paying with my Debit card and give her a cash tip. She said the register didnt work and I HAD to pay cash. And thats what made my blood boil. She had just charged someone using the register. I was so SAD to be treated like this and Im not sure what I did to obtain this tone from her. I paid cash left a tip and left very very very disappointed. I thought I was a welcomed customer and with me leaving good tips I didnt do anything wrong to feel this uncomfortable by how she acted. I have been to this establishment a few times. The first time I wanted cat eyes but instead the nail tech painted old nails never bothering to take the old nails off and I will never go back...staff is friendly but I can I have been to this establishment a few times. It was a decent experience. The artist didnt push me to talk when she realized I was not a talkative person. She was kind and knowledgeable and skilled, however this is not the salon you go to before a black tie event. S It was a decent experience. I was referred to Katie by my florist. She had given out a couple names by instagrams, and Katie was the first person to look up. Needless to say after scrolling though just a few pictures I was in love with the work she I was referred to Katie by my florist. I kept scrolling more.. there it was.. the photo that instantly caught my eye, a picture of a mermaid braid like I’ve never seen before. Instantly I knew Katie was the one I had to go with. I met Katie and it was like seeing a friend I haven’t seen in years. She makes you feel right at home, and so comfortable with everything she does. From hair, to makeup. Katie makes sure she asks all the styles, looks, types of style makeup, colors, etc you’re looking for, pictures of inspirations you have and makes (pure) magic work.\nI have never, ever been more happy and more trusting in someone I have just met then Katie. She rocked everything she did and did it with pure passion. I’ve told lots of friends and family about her, and I can’t wait to recommend more. Hands down the best gel manicure and pedicure I’ve received, not just in the area, but in all of the states we’ve lived in so far! Highly highly recommend!! I will only be going here to get my nails done :)
