I got a gel acrylic full set and it came off in a week. My mom got a gel manicure which chipped in 4 days. She left two of my nails uneven and it looked like there were hills on my nails. I am so SUPER dissatisfied, I had this nice old lady do my feet and she wasn’t paying me attention let alone removing my cuticle through out. She was just touching the surface of my nails, she forgot to remove cuticle on one side and then jump to another task wether it was walking away talk to her coworkers and comeback, sit then forget to remove the dirt from under my nails correctly. The message with the sugar scrub was more on my legs than the bottom of my foot let alone barely touched my toes. The hot stone was decent but I’ve had so much better at a dive nail shop for the same price.\n\nDid I say a word? No not at all, I like the old lady as a human being.. at her age I respect her hustle and she’ll get tipped but I won’t come back.\n\nThe point of a pedicure is so your nail tech can make love to your feet correctly, clean correctly be detail oriented for the price of a family meal.\n\nShe couldn’t even help adjust my sandal on for me. When the nail equipment fell on the floor she didn’t even bother to spray alcohol on it she would continue to use it. What turned out to be “35 min” turned to one hour - and that’s because she kept standing up and leaving. And she forgot to put last coat on my feet. more ... less ...

I like that they offered different levels of service beyond just the standard pedicure. I typically go for the deluxe or spa pedicure for the extra exfoliating scrub, foot and leg massage with oil, and hot stones. I also love that they serve mimosas/champagne! The nail techs are always friendly and accommodating. And I’ve been pleased with how long the polish lasts. And other salons, due to their rushed techniques, I’ve had gel polish actually come off within 36 hours which is totally unacceptable! That’s never happened here. So if you’re looking for a solid gel Mani and Pedi, this is a great option. My only gripe is that street parking can be difficult to find in this location! more ... less ...

I went to Regal Nails Salem New Hampshire in Walmart before shopping about a year ago to this day. As a walk-in I was amazed by the greeting I got from Lien the owner. She had rolled out the \"red carpet treatment\" for I went to Regal Nails Salem New Hampshire in Walmart before shopping about a year ago to this day. As a walk-in I was amazed by the greeting I got from Lien the owner. She had rolled out the \"red carpet treatment\" for a quick Mani-Pedi. I told Lien I was pressed for time and she started filling the Pedi-chair with water and a mint product, asked me to sit and adjusted the massage chair and told me to just \"RELAX\". Lien then called one of her top employees named \"Sika\". The total \"WOW FACTOR\" was setting in. Sika was giving me a Pedi. while Lien a mani.... Lien at Regal Nails went over and above my expectations (especially as a walk-in). Ive been going there ever since (about every 3 weeks) and the level of service is 5 stars.
