I’ve been coming here for over a year now and learned very quickly to ask for a specific person to do my nails. Needless to say that person wasn’t here the last time I went and I got some older guy (I won’ I’ve been coming here for over a year now and learned very quickly to ask for a specific person to do my nails. Needless to say that person wasn’t here the last time I went and I got some older guy (I won’t post his name even though I should) that was so heavy handed he FILED THROUGH MY NAIL UNTIL IT BLED! I instantly knew this was not going to be a good experience.. he kept filing over that nail until I pulled away and told him he needed to stop what he was doing because it’s clearly bleeding. I went in for an acrylic fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, not a fan of the color I chose but that’s on me. However my fill is TERRIBLE. They are lumpy, uneven and flared at the tips. They are lumpy, uneven and flared at the tips. I asked for a short rounded square shape and that is not what I got. I tried making comments as the girl was working but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She was using too much acetone with the acrylic powder and it was running everywhere. The polish isn’t even on the nails, some parts completely missed. This all took 2 hours at which point I just wanted to leave. They are absolutely refusing to give me any sort of refund, even though I am only asking for the $60 they charged for my nails and not the whole $100 that I spent.
