I’m fed up with these people. They raised their prices but not the quality of the service. They don’t respect their customers. I’ve been going there for 4 years. I always ask for the same nail shape. I always ask for the same nail shape. They had 1 employee Tiffany, she was skilled and made me feel beautiful like the money was worth it every time. She is no longer there. They never took the time to remember the service I normally get. So I get disappointed too often. Crooked uneven nails. Even if I make an appointment I get rushed and my “norm” service unconsidered. So now I’m willing to travel out of my way or pay a little more for better service. more ... less ...

I walked in (while needing an appointment) because there was no response to 3 of the phone numbers I have. Several girls arrived as I arrived and non had an appointment either. At this point 7 girls were sitting in his shop no social distancing at that very small location. I sat soaking in Pedicure chair for about 30minutes so I decided to get up and leave and not give him any business. I had chosen Jacky for 10+ years I had already seen a few issues with other girls but this time his customer service went out the window. Unacceptable. more ... less ...

I had heard from a good friend that they did great work. What I was not told was if you had tips and a french manicure, it would cost 65$! I had little cuts around my cuticles. That didnt look very professional. The 65$ was also including a pedicure that I did not want. I said it over 5 times that I did not want it. I would assume that to keep a new customer happy that they would take some money off of the bill. It was my fault for not asking for a price up front. I had acrylics done with white tips. I liked the way that my nails looked without that pink color. I really did like the women except for one thing. I believe it was the owner who kept telling me that I needed my eyebrows done. I am trying to perfect the microbladding look. I just felt that I was getting a lot of unnecessary treatments thrown at me by both women. When I did see my girlfriend and told her about my experience, she felt badly. She didnt pay what I did. Again, please make sure that you ask the price upfront. Whomever wrote this place was unsanitary it still is. Terrible manicure and was not pleased I bothered to tip the manicurist who was not friendly. Better quality nail salons in the neighborhood.

The owner Kim is professional and provides good customer service.

I always thought I was being over charged until I brought a guest with me once the workers realized that I knew thier other cliet, I was charged the correct price and NOT the over charge price. Arian is the best hair stylist, ever! I have thin hair and recently, from all of lifes stressors, my hair was falling out more than usual. I was ready for new beginnings, but I had SO MUCH ANXIETY! Maybe it was the universe or the Google reviews I read, but I decided to go with Lavish and it was the best decision I could have made. Arians hands are truly \"something the Lord made.\" He has great energy and it comes through in his work! He made the process so uplifting and rewarding because when he was done, I felt like a new woman, for real. I didnt even realize how much better I look with short hair until he blessed me. I would recommend Arian to anyone that is looking for someone that really knows what they are doing. All the women that have ever cut my hair always made it a point to tell me how thin my hair was, it would always make me so upset because somehow they would look at me like I wasnt taking care of my hair, scoff scoff! Not Arian. He made sure to tell me how beautiful I was before and after. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a salon. The nail technician was in a rush and did my manicure in 5 minutes. She put really thick coats and missed edges of my nail. I tried drying for 30 minutes and they still didn’t dry. I asked the owner if someone can fix my nails. He was extremely rude and said I should go somewhere else and he cannot do anything. Never again! Do not go to this salon.
