I was even more happy that they didn’t charge me extra for repairing my one toenail! I love the fact that they always serve you something to drink and don’t charge you extra for that either! The price isnt matching up with the quality...my nails were horrible...they werent filed evenly and were all bumpy and lumpy looking...the nail color was all over the place and when she did paint them and put the top coa The price isnt matching up with the quality...my nails were horrible...they werent filed evenly and were all bumpy and lumpy looking...the nail color was all over the place and when she did paint them and put the top coat on she didnt even put the top coat correctly on or even covered my nail with it...after only a week and a half i had to go somewhere else to have them filled and people saw them and even said no way your nails should look that bad after only a week and half... Never again...then she rushed me out from the dryer and they werent fully dried and she was too busy talking to another customer and all instead of paying attention to what she was doing on top of the fact she is the only one working there guess its not a good sign when you go in and see a hand written sign posted that once you pay your stuck with it..never again... more ... less ...

I tried this place for the first time a couple days ago. I had 3 of my nails chip within 3 hours of getting my nails done. Two days after I had 2 nails with the top coat peeling off. I have been getting dip powder for ye I tried this place for the first time a couple days ago. I had 3 of my nails chip within 3 hours of getting my nails done. Two days after I had 2 nails with the top coat peeling off. I have been getting dip powder for years and have never experienced issues in the first 2 days let alone same day. With prices increased 10-15$ Since last year I don’t expect my nails to start falling apart for at least a week. Really disappointed. Won’t be going back here. more ... less ...

For the most part their great - they offer a lot of services and although their prices have gone up they are on par for local pricing .\n\nLately they’ve been a little bit of a hot mess . Twice I’ve made appointments only to come in and be told “ oh we didn’t see you in the book,” or “your appointment was for this time and when you didn’t come we took another client.” The last time this happened it seemed as if they were irritated with me even though it was their mistake ! So i recommend calling the day of your appointment to make sure their on time and have you booked, but at the same time they need to get it together for a better customer experience .\n\nThe salon is clean and the staff for the most part is nice and professional .
