STAY AWAY!! Terrible experience. Dirty, unsanitary tools. Older Lady did my nails was horribly rude and was slamming the polishes on the table since she was mad I wasn’t satisfied with the gel color that SHE picked STAY AWAY!! Terrible experience. I am giving my hard earned money for product and services therefore expect for great customer service. I understand you guys are tired, we are working folks too. I opted for a simple French manicure which apparently was WAY out of this lady’s level of experience. She kept putting her fingers on the gel nails before top coating it which made my nails so dirty looking. I should’ve never allowed her to finish. I should’ve paid for the regular fill in and left (which was also all uneven). I will NEVER go back here. I’ve already warned all my friends to STAY AWAY. Upon my return today, I was treated with such courtesy that I am compelled to revise my review. My nails are immaculate and my pedicure, which is over 2 weeks old, still looks great! Service is quick and theres no problem finding a place to park. I initially believed that there was a bias shown towards regular customers but I must admit that I am truly humbled by the care and professionalism this shop embodies. This place is under new management and it’s awesome now to keep it clean and service is fantastic. I love my Isabel for my pedicures and Tony for my nails they are awesome

So I would only recommend getting your nails done here. I got a pedicure and it chipped THE NEXT DAY. I went back to the salon and they were helpful in having the nail tech retouch them and, they chipped again, THE NEXT So I would only recommend getting your nails done here. I moved back to Bloomfield and had to switch nail salons.I wanted to start getting gel nails to spice things up and live a little but my expectations sadly came to an end.Let me tell you that man in there is one of the rudest people I ever met in my life.He rushes me, degrades me in every way and treats me as if I’m not human. On numerous occasions he insulted me to my face! You would think that a client who had been loyal for 8 months and tips generously (15-20) dollars would be treated with some type of respect. They are pretty good. There wasn’t a wait as expected for a friday afternoon. The weren’t as refined with my fingernails as the last place I went but they take the time to do as you ask. Nan did my nails and did a great job but, they are a tiny bit wonky around the cuticle area with excess acrylic and a bit thick but not terrible. Nothing a little time and oil won’t fix. For an acrylic fill-in with gel polish, a variation of French and a Spa Pedi w/Gel polish, French…it ran me 133.00 without tip and I tipped both 10.00. The Pedi was 63.00 and that means the fill-in was like 70.00. Kinda expensive but a feel good experience overall. more ... less ...

Ive been coming here since September 2021 and I always get SNS nails by itself which is $40 but recently have been getting tips and SNS which is $55 but it makes it look so much better. Every time I do go, someone new is always doing my nails and I wish I knew their names so I can stick to one person (social anxiety so i dont ask lol) but this place overall is clean, fast to take you in, and you can even build points to get free SNS in the future! more ... less ...

From the pedicures to the manicures the whole experience was horrific. They asked my girlfriend what color did she want on her feet and they did a whole different color. THEN when it came to nails, I went to the owner and she did them so I thought I was good…. NO. This lady made my short nails so thick and uneven. I asked for square nails they were nowhere near square. It was horrible guys… the paint job was horrible on both me and my girlfriend nails. All in all I’m warning you guys not to step foot in this place. The other workers see how bad the owner did my nails and start laughing. Ive been going to Queen Nails for about 5 years. The staff are professional and do nails, feet and eyebrows very well. They always say they arent busy but when you get there youre waiting at least 20 minutes, thats a whole quarter in the meter. They tell you $15 over the phone for fill in and its a different price after service. They do have a lot of colors for gel polish but not as much if you arent into that. Theres about 4 workers on weekends. One woman literally scraped the skin off of my fingernails. I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. I usually show my lady in Elizabeth a picture of what I want and my nails come out exactly as the picture. The third picture here is what I showed here . The others show what I received. My nails even came off less than a week later. The pedicure was horrible. One coat on my toenails that came off easily. And my boyfriend paid $107 for this nonsense, about $20 more than what I pay in Elizabeth for quality work. I feel like we were robbed!! AVOID THIS PLACE!! more ... less ...
