Selina, in particular has done nothing but exceed my expectations and always lends a helping and caring hand. All the ladies here accommodate to each and every customer with grace and smiles, making sure later errands and appointments are never missed because of their time treating themselves. I was really disappointed about this experience. As a first time walk in I understand there is a potential wait, but between the lack of communication and rushed pedicure I got Im more disappointed that the pedicure isn I was really disappointed about this experience. As a first time walk in I understand there is a potential wait, but between the lack of communication and rushed pedicure I got Im more disappointed that the pedicure isnt even lasting more then a week and my toe nails werent even addressed beyond polish.\nI was told upon entry that is would only be a few minutes but that lasted about 20 minutes before I stated I would gladly come back at a better time if its going to be awhile. The nail technician said only few more and rushed me then to pedicure chair where it was very obvious she was going to help me and someone else at the same time. I said again I will come back its fine, but she assured me it would be ok. The pedicure was fine, she states I need \"extra treatment for $10 more\" sure I said. Why not. And she quickly did my heals and put polish on . I really thought she was going to put on another coat because it looked so thin but she just told me to sit tight for a bit to dry and that was it. I left with a $40 pedicure that was rushed and more expensive then the original. Even more disappointed it didnt last. I guess if you have a good relationship and make appointments you get better service ? I wont be visiting back sadly more ... less ...
