I love the business and have had nothing short of a wonderful experience with Ava. Today I got an appointment w a different nail tech. Long story short: I wasn’t as pleased with the result. Owners are great and they have skilled technicians however the daughters suddenly seem to have developed an attitude despite me being a loyal customer and bringing additional customers to them. First time going to this salon. Very friendly environment. The service I got was a gel mani/pedi - with the volcano spa pedi.\n\nAs for the actual work on my nails, the guy messed up on my nail shape on my big toe. He cu First time going to this salon. Very friendly environment. The service I got was a gel mani/pedi - with the volcano spa pedi.\n\nAs for the actual work on my nails, the guy messed up on my nail shape on my big toe. He cut it too low and now my nail beds don’t match. The young lady doing my nails seems like she was in a rush and had to redo my thumb. At the end, I had to mention to her to clean up around my nail bed because it still had glue and polish around my nail. I would recommend you make an appointment before coming.
