Zen nails isn’t the closest location to me but I always use them. They are always professional even if they are busy they make sure you are taken care of. I was feeling lightheaded of a sudden at the beginning of my services. They were nothing but helpful by offering bottles of water and checking on me. They were not worried about the services just my well being at the time. Even though I had to leave, I came back the next day in the am and Cyndi the owner took care of both my services. She put aside my nail color for my and my spa pedicure scent choice for me, and had it ready for my appointment. I’m thankful for a nice and relaxing nail salons as this one. more ... less ...

Sarah does an excellent job with pedicures. She should be your go to person if you actually want to not have great looking feet, buy great feeling feet. Her massages are AWESOME!

First, she does a beautiful job on nails and makes the experience pleasant and relaxing. Second, she is incredibly fast, which I really value in my busy day – while still being very thorough in nail inspection and care. The facility is always clean and fresh. Very friendly. Reasonable prices. She made me bleed a little when cutting my cuticles and then that nail chipped and peeled after only 2 days. Otherwise my fingers and toes look great!

Asked for them to take off my acrylic nails...typically this results in soaking the nails with acetone, right? Nail tech tried to buff them off...and it didnt work. Nice and clean mall. They definitely improved and remodeled over the yrs, including their food court too!! Stores are changing up too! It’s nice to spend a few hours here shopping in the mall. Nails came out nice and the staff was very pleasant. This place is really clean and relaxing. Paid $175 for spa pedicure and full set. A hairdresser named Mary took care of me when I was here. It was my first time at this location and she did amazing! My hair was a little dry and she took off why needed to be cut off and talked to me about what products A hairdresser named Mary took care of me when I was here. She took her time and explained everything to me. She even recommended a shampoo and some styling products that I ended up buying from there. My hair has never felt better!! Worst nail salon. I was looking for a last min place for an event I had that day and walked in and asked if they had an open they began to talk to each other, their was 3 women in there and said they had another appointm Worst nail salon. I was looking for a last min place for an event I had that day and walked in and asked if they had an open they began to talk to each other, their was 3 women in there and said they had another appointment but still sat me down then I sat down and she started filing my nails and then 5 mins into it, their appt walked in these two girls and there was 3 lady’s to two girls, so I thought that’s why they say me down and start my nails. So then the lady asked me to\nCome back and I looked at her confused, like why would you sit me down if you want me to\nCome back 5 mins after I sat down, so I got them just regular full set acrylic with white paint, kinda coffin shape. She finished them and said you pay me now, I paid and tipped her before painting. I walked out and looked down and was seriously so irritated! The picture below don’t even show all of the issues, she didn’t put acrylic on the whole nail, some of my sides are still showing my real nail, the paint job was terrible, her filing job was uneven, my coffin shape is on half of my nail and the other half is like square or round. I’ve never had my nails look like this ever! The lady that did my nails was older with short hair! Honestly I should have went back for my money or for them to fix them at no cost but I don’t even want to step foot in there ever a again!
