I walked in to have help removing my acrylics. I didn’t want to mess up my natural nails TOO badly so i thought it would be nice to have help .The woman told me it would be $10. She tried to talk me into getting a gel manicure but unfortunately I didn’t really have the time. She used one of those electric file drills to get them off & they kept getting super hot & uncomfortable. Like burning my nail beds. It seemed like a pretty rushed job, the electric file left little cuts on almost all of my fingers. It feels like I have a bunch of paper cuts on my fingers. At the end of the appointment I handed her a $50 bill. I wasn’t really paying attention because I was in a hurry, but I gave her a $10 tip (because I’m in the beauty industry also & know how important tips are) & left. I realized I only had $10 left from the $50 I gave her. So I guess it was actually $30 + the $10 tip…. I probably would have been better off trying to get them off myself. more ... less ...

I ended up here because the place I used to go was booked, and I had an emergency. Im so glad I did. Theyre super sweet, kind, and best of all, theyre very professional. By far the best nail shop experience Ive had in Columbus since Ive moved here. I truly felt catered to and wasnt getting the feeling that my nail tech was in a rush to get me in and get me out like most places do. I usually never write reviews online, but for this I feel the need to. Ive only been to this place twice and they have both been very unpleasant experiences. I don’t understand the hostile behavior. She did not care that we were new customers at all and it seemed like she was trying to push us out… ! I had made an appointment for my friend and I for acrylic and gel tips. We sat down and she told my friend that Sarah is her tech. HOWEVER, 5min in and Kash kept telling us that Sarah has an appointment in a half an hour and that she can’t do my friends nails anymore. We were so confused… like we made our appointment ahead of time…\nWhen we asked her what does she mean she kept sighing and rolling her eyes. We were shocked the way she was acting towards us. Extremely immature and disrespectful.\nHOWEVER I gave it another try yesterday. I go in and she tells me that it’s going to be a 30min wait bc they were running behind. I said okay I understand and that I’d wait. 30min pass by and we ask her if we’re going to be taken bc we had plans after, which we actually did. She says “yea yea we’ll be ready in 5 min”. Meanwhile she had just started someone new and so did her other tech… it goes to an hour of wait and my friend and I were sooo late for our other appointment and we decided we had enough and got up to leave. She then makes a comment “which one of you wants to go first” AFTER we got up and she was still taking care of another customer. We ended up leaving and will never be going back there bc of Kash. I think she’s the owner of the place which is even more sad that she treats people like that. I understand if we were rude people or if we did something to her, but that was never the case. Their work is good but it’s not worth me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected . 0/10 for customer treatment. more ... less ...

I went here as a last minute decision to get my nails done for my graduation and this is now going to be my friend and I’s go to nail spot! The place is super cute, they have tons of different colors for regular manicures and gel. I decided to get french tips despite my nails being short and the person who helped me, Ms. Lee, was absolutely amazing! I love my nails, she shaped them in no time, cut my cuticles perfectly and painted my nails perfectly! I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get there nails done, even the pedicures are amazing! 10/10 I am definitely coming back again! more ... less ...

I was so excited to buy the Mothers Day units, I bought two! I ordered in Fri and received them Saturday. In the description box, it says you can customize the color of the Engraving. In the description box, it says you can customize the color of the Engraving. I specified on how I wanted the engraving in the special instructions box online. When the units arrived I was a little disappointed. The engraving wasnt in the color that I wanted (gold), it came in silver and the logo on the lid was uneven. It looked like the order was rushed.\nWhen I sent an email to the owner, she wasnt helpful at all. Since the units I ordered were sold out (which is understandable) the policy is no exchange or refunds. All I really wanted was to get it fixed, have the engraving in the color I wanted and fix the logo on the lid. She couldnt even give me another unit as an emergency since its already Mothers Day. I was willing to take a drive by the store to get it fix. All she offered me was a $50 credit and free shipping for my next order. Clearly Im never shopping here again. For the price I paid I expected the items I ordered. Clearly she took my money and ran. more ... less ...
