Oh my god! Even though it was a cheap service for $5 dollars it is not worth the money. The manger kept ignoring her customers compliant and WAITED her for me to pay her tip. She did not deserve a tip for the horrible service and was very rude. I used to go to this nail salon ageists ago and they really feel off. The lady charged me $50 for a fill in and she cut my finger, and I asked for coffin shape and they are not coffin at all. I went a few weeks ago for my first curly hair cut & the entire experience was amazing! It’s beautiful when you see someone who truly loves their craft. She educated me on all things curl. Which I appreciate immensely since I am a newbie. Gabby was well worth the wait! Seeing my results in just a few weeks after my haircut has me even more excited for the future. I had to reschedule appt because I had an emergency and called in so Im not a no show. Ive been coming here for years and strictly used Lourdes who is the only meticulous and good worker. I never had issue with Lourdes, who is lovely and works well. But the asian woman who answered (newer addition to staff in past year) thought she hung up with me but didnt and I could hear her trash talking me because I had to reschedule. That was shocking! Emergencies happen and you have no idea why I had to reschedule. Ive never had to reschedule so this isnt repetitive behavior.\nThis appt was 1p on a Wednesday so I also cant imagine they were slammed with clients. But none the less I made it a point to call in. This womans behavior was rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. This is a complete turn off to this business. I actually called back and spoke with woman again. I told her I could hear her and that was inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked her to cancel future appt... her response with a nasty attitude \"thats fine with me\" and hung up on me abruptly. I will not return and continue to support this business... if owners are fine with this behavior... Im not. Staff represents this business. They were giving away Christmas gifts to all customers, they didn’t give me any gift (cream) despite spending 120 dollars for this pathetic job. Zaijhung told her to give the gift , she didn’t. Horrible nails falls off the day after. Very rude. The prices are ridiculous for the work that they do wouldn’t not recommend it. Don’t waste your money or time going here. Never going back here again.

I needed back acne treatment because thats what Im concerned about. Instead, I had a very minor pimple on my face (nose) I get them all the time and Im not at all concerned about them. Regardless, she went ahead and gave a nose injection for it. She glanced at my obviously acne prone back and ignored it. I would not recommend. Im all about supporting black businesses, bit please be sure you know what youre doing first. Two stars for a nice office. Ps. Im being asked to pay for a nose injection, I STILL get my nose pimples, AND IM STILL SUFFERING FROM BACK ACNE. more ... less ...

She asked atleast 3xs \"and whos that?\" From our conversation.\n\nThen before she finished I showed her what I didnt like on my nails. Told her they are too long. I want short. She had to fix alot!\n\nI asked to get my eye brows, she pinched my skin while she was plucking them! I said \"ouch!\"\n\nGot my pedicure too. I came here for the first time today to get a gel pedicure. Sandra is who did my pedicure and she was amazing! She tells you the price before you even sit down which I liked. I am in the area on a contract and was referred to Nail of Nails by a friend. Being new to the area I was having trouble finding an affordable gel manicure that lasted more than 1.5 weeks. My gel manicures have consistently lasted 2.5 weeks, and my gel pedicure lasts me a month or two. They are accommodating for walk ins but always have same day appointments as well. They get you in and out, and your nails still look fabulous! Sophia and Carol are great! 10/10 would and will recommend. more ... less ...

I came in to get my acrylics removed (cut already so the length was nearly the same size as my natural nails) and the lady I was with filed my nails down too much to the point it was hurting. She just kept laughing it off but then continued doing so. Not once did she ask “let me know if it gets too uncomfortable”. I was about to walk out because the pain was too much at one point. To top it off, she sprayed my hand with something that burned slightly and then went to put on a hot towel fresh off the heater on me. Mind you it came straight off the heater onto my hands and it burned. I pulled away but she said it’s alright there are worse things. Now once everything was filed down I didn’t get clear gel because I didn’t want it which was fine. But when I went to get the price it was $15! For all the pain and that’s the price? Last time I was there it was $10. I gave her a $20 and expected change but then she just walked off. Not once did she say oh here’s your change. And the icing on top was when she came back to the front as I was typing a text message to my boss and told me to leave. Simply don’t come to this place.
