Not only is the gel manicure not holding up less than one week after being done, but the prices are expensive. No plucking or trimming of the eyebrows was done despite it being $15 for an eyebrow wax. They do not pay attention to detail, I had to tell her 2X to file my nails to all the same length. Additionally I made the appointment over the phone and the owner, who was doing my nails, tried to lie and tell me when I called on the phone I asked for some shea butter $50+ pedicure. They also made us wait over 15 minutes when we had an appointment for a time they told us to come. The whole time you are there, you will be asked nonstop for extra services and up charges so do not expect to relax. Overall not a nice experience. Manager Kim who was handling customers didn’t say anything to me as people continued to be serviced ahead of me, knowing that i was waiting. Then when we complained, Kim said “oh sorry everybody’s busy.” So rude and disrespectful. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m visibly Hispanic. Especially after seeing three white customers taken care of before me while I was ignored. I felt pretty bad after that experience. Also, Kim was rude to her own staff. She yelled at one of them right in front of us. Poor management skills. Never degrade your employees in front of clients. Utterly disgraceful business. more ... less ...
