Everyone is upfront about whether they can fit you in or not. Once, there was the tiniest \"booboo\" on one of my nails, I literally couldnt even tell where it was after I left the salon, and they refused to take full payment because they were closing and didnt have time to re-do. All of the chairs were broken so no massage part and when asked if it was working she just started hitting it and then reclined the chair and says we’ll that works. Then took her 44 minutes to realize I said gel pedicure which is also what my appointment was for. I asked if I could pick my color, she said yes and then proceeded to try to put black on my feet. The other lady stepped in because she realized her employee was incompetent and when I showed her they not only burned off my skin but clearly turned my toes purple she said it happens all the time and grabbed Neosporin out of the draw? Not only are my toe nails un even from one foot to the other but you clearly hurt people very often you have tubes of Neosporin readily accessible. Health department needs to be contacted because this place needs to be shut down Please don’t make my mistake and try this place it’s a joke and unsafe more ... less ...

I went to Nail Plaza less than a week ago with my daughter to get a pedicure. The nail tech was digging under one of nails and was hurting me. By the next day I noticed my toe nail had chipped. By the next day I noticed my toe nail had chipped. I also noticed that the polish was applied so unevenly. By day 3 all of my daughters polish had been chipped off.\nI called and explained what happened and was told to come in. The owner insisted that I pay to get me bails redone and that she has customers that come in on a weekly basis to change their polish. I feel that is a personal preference. A well applied polish should last for weeks until it starts to grow out. I ultimately decided to walk out because she clearly did not care about giving me the best customer service. I could have been a steady customer but now will never return. That place will not succeed for long. more ... less ...

I called for a pedicure and was able to come for an appointment within an hour. It was quiet and peaceful inside. I did not have to wait. My pedicure was done with lots of care and attention. I adore this place - everyone is so welcoming, kind & detailed. I am always greeted by name when I arrive, even when it’s been many months between visits. My nails are always expertly done & last a long time. Even w I adore this place - everyone is so welcoming, kind & detailed. I am always greeted by name when I arrive, even when it’s been many months between visits. My nails are always expertly done & last a long time. Even when I opt for a regular pedicure, I receive a wonderful, caring foot massage. I never feel rushed & just enjoy being here overall. Huge fan of the whole crew :) x more ... less ...
