Seriously the only place I can get my nails done and be 100% satisfied with everything about the experience..theyre so friendly and professional and most importantly suuuuper clean :)

Nice Salon and great Customer Service! I live about 20 minutes away and still find this to be the best place for natural nail manicures and pedicures. While Ms. Liz seemed to be a very nice woman, I felt that her business practice was a bit iffy. When I came in with a beaded dress, I first asked if she could do that kind of work — she said yes. I then lamented that I wished I’d have brought it in sooner, but she commented that the price would have been the same. I found that to be very expensive, so asked if I could try it on and think about it for a sec. After I decided that I wanted to move forward, she pinned it up for me, but as I was changing out of the dress she yelled back that she needed to add $25 to be done by the day I needed it. She also said she needed cash up front!!!! The cash I could handle, but the changing of the price was a dirty tactic. I brought up that she originally quoted $75 by the time I needed it, but she played dumb. Out of principle, I left the store. I will never go back, as it was a clear bait and switch. This nail salon is run by a married couple, Kenny and Nancy. I left my 3+ karat wedding ring, band, and a pretty big horseshoe S diamond ring in the pedicure cupholder. No one else was in the salon. I was wearing fingerless gloves in and out so the cameras outside were apparently of no use.\n\nNancy made my fingers bleed. I wanted my nails short. She also does them too thick. So I called a bunch of places and politely declined an appointment if it was out of my budget. Joys Nails actually called me back and gave me a discount (: not only that, but the pedicure was so nice! She took her time, gave me an awesome massage. I could take a nap right now I’m so relaxed. Plus, they have a bunch of coupons they give you when you pay, in addition to a card stamp system where you eventually get $10 off after so many appointments.\n\nCheck them out!
