My experience wasn’t that bad but my nails are terrible. I got the gel manicure with extensions. Which ended up being a free form nail shaping situation which I wasn’t prepared for. Which ended up being a free form nail shaping situation which I wasn’t prepared for. I thought I was going to get traditional tips with a gel top coat. Unfortunately the nail tech absolutely sucked at shaping. My nails look more like hump nails that are uneven in size. So I asked her several times to take more off the top and tech started to get annoyed. She was only able to achieve the shape and size I desired on one nail. 🙄 She kept telling she wasn’t finished shaping even though she kept moving on to the next finger. After going back forth a few times I gave up on trying to achieving the look that I wanted. When she was finally finished the top coat of one my nails looked very lumpy and uneven so I asked her to re-polish the nail. For some odd reason she couldn’t find the color we used. So I accepted one that was similar because I needed to leave after sitting there for almost 3 hrs. The amount I paid was not worth the finish I got. I won’t be returning. more ... less ...

AMAZING! I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews. This place is great. I made an appointment. They were on time. They were very organized. I was cut by the pedicurist and it hurt. They are so anxious to get you in the chair and start they speed through. Then she sprayed alcohol and I nearly jumped out of the chair.\n\nSave your time and money. When I tol I was cut by the pedicurist and it hurt. When I told the owner he laughed(nervously), but not funny. $25 for getting and cut, bleeding and rushed. He shouldve given me a coupon or apologized. If I could give it a -star I would.
