She said they have been doing nails the same for 14 years and it must be my fault and said if I come in I have to pay a fee for each finger I want fixed.\n\nDon’t give these people your business. I took my daughter here today at 5:26 pm for her 5:30 pm APPOINTMENT to get her nails done. We just left at 5:50 pm because firstly, we were never greeted by neither of the 2 workers that came to the front of the salon. Secondly, none of them act like they wanted to do my daughter’s nails after she was acknowledged( 12 minutes later) because she doesn’t fit their type of clientele and didn’t want a gel set. I’ve heard this many times about this salon and I haven’t personally experienced it but my daughter has experienced it many times with them before. For example, Monday 9/20/21, when she was told they were booked but I see the man was sitting there on his cell phone. This is definitely horrible customer service and is very inconvenient. more ... less ...

She was able to share with me several tips on how to keep my feet in good shape between pedicures. (Knowledgeable!) She used the proper pressure when appropriate and kept it very clean.
