Very racist nail salon I was there before they opened at about 8 they open 9 I was the first one there and had an appointment for 9 so ppl started showing up without an appointment I was in the chair getting worked on I Very racist nail salon I was there before they opened at about 8 they open 9 I was the first one there and had an appointment for 9 so ppl started showing up without an appointment I was in the chair getting worked on I was told to get up and let a Hispanic women go before me even tho she had no appointment and I did and I was there first I was the only black one there at the time there where other ppl who just got there bday down who could have gotten up or even the lady who walked in could have waited but they chose to tell me to get up and let her go b4 me I would never go here again be I won’t recommend then at all more ... less ...

Thank goodness for Google and the ability to leave reviews! I went to get a gel manicure and pedicure at this establishment. The very same evening, this is how my pedicure looked. I was furious! The very same evening, this is how my pedicure looked. I was furious! The lady who did my nails smudged it fixed it and it still remained looking like this. My gel manicure started chipping the very next day. Since it was the weekend, they were closed on Sunday, I went back on Monday and Tina was going to fix my nails however, after waiting for two hours, I had to leave. Tina told me to come back the following day. I went back the next day Tina was not there I had a seat for another two hours again when the techs there told me to come back because I had the discussion with Tina. I paid $40 + an $8 tip for a lesson, the lesson is, don’t let someone that don’t know what they are doing perform services on you! I sat in this salon and waited 4 + hours of my time! I’m not going to go back to waste more of my time! I’m going to go home and do my own nails! I do a better job anyway! i’m very upset with this place , i called and made an appointment with catalina i showed up half an hour before my appointment to ensure that i wouldn’t wait like they normally make me do when i make an appoint i’m very upset with this place , i called and made an appointment with catalina i showed up half an hour before my appointment to ensure that i wouldn’t wait like they normally make me do when i make an appointment, then they told me catalina wasn’t coming which i found very unprofessional as she was aware that she had an appointment and they hadn’t even called me before hand to inform that she wasn’t going to be there but i forgave it and moved on and was told that someone else could take me but that i would only have to wait 30 minutes !!! i was told 30 minutes and waited 2 hours!! there was even a girl free just sitting on her door phone doing nothing but i figured maybe they don’t want her doing nails. while i was waiting , an hour in to me waiting another client walked in with NO APPOINTMENT and asked for her nails to be fixed and immediately she was attended and sat in a chair with the girl that was on her phone the whole time i was waiting. i kept waiting and waiting and eventually walked out , the service was absolutely terrible and unjust . im a very understanding person and typically never write reviews but i felt that service was just terrible and even considering that i had AN APPOINTMENT and even then a walk in was give service before me. like i said in the beginning this isn’t the first time they always have me wait extensive times even with an appointment . it’s safe to say i’ll never be returning here especially after the service they’ve provided more ... less ...

The Staff uniform was bright red that matched the interior so they were easily identified. They were unified and communicated with each other. The Greeter was immediately My appointment time was honored on time. I had friendly service. Although I only spoke a small portion of Spanish but their host was helpful. Music played but was not overwhelming and loud. I love the full service aspect loaded with a vending machine and beautiful furnishings. I loved the elegant wash bowls and overall layout. My mail tech followed instructions precisely and took her time. The ambiance made me also wanted to come back. more ... less ...

I just started going back to Lucky for 3months now. The website advertises the opening time 9am.I get there Mike is there I guess he is the owner. He told me the ladies were never on time. I went there my usual time this Friday. Mike was there no ladies as usual. He told they be there at 9.30am .So I waited. Two ladies walked in at 9.25am.They walked to the back and continued there conversation .The thrid lady walked in proceeded to the joined the other ladies .Now its 9.35 .I asked Mike whats going on. He already removed my polish. He called one of the ladies Maria.She responded what about my coffee. The time was ticking .My car is parked in parking lot. I told Mike I had to go.He charged me $5.to remove the polish. I went back on Saturday to finish my nails. He changed me full price. I told him what happened. He totally disregarded what happened. Horrific experience. My nails are suppose to be square and it’s rounded as if I had them for weeks and it’s the next day. I repeatedly spoke up about the shaping, the pink powder being uneven and bubbles in the Horrific experience. I use the same technician every visit. Clean, they greet everyone upon entrance of the establishment. You Pay for every service. You can get lashes and brows too.

Not helpful at all. I found great customer service by the phone then in person to this place. Every question I had and information given was so helpful on the phone. Those two 2 of those people left they the women didn’t state there was 3 people in front of me. Worst nail experience EVER!!! I’ve been here about 4 times and Anne usually does my nails but she wasn’t there this day so I ended up sitting with tommy I think his name is. First off, he didn’t even speak to me (I don’t want to have a full blown convo just a simple hello would’ve been fine) the only thing he said to me was what color, and go wash your hands. No greeting, no thank you for coming, no bye, NOTHING. So I figured he’s just like that and his work speaks for him. WHEN I TELL YOU I’ve never seen French tips done so horribly it was ridiculous. It was a FILL IN And he tried to charge me $40, WHERE???!!! But I don’t like to complain or put a price on anybody work because I know how hard it can be at times. But his work that day?? Oh no didn’t want to be there or do my nails, could’ve just said no honestly. So he finishes apparently, and the only reason I knew he was done was bc he got up and walked to the register. Then, when I showed him how bad of a job he did he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted $5 back like what? And begged me to please return to get my nails done. Yea, no thanks. more ... less ...
