The staff is very professional and talented. As for the owner, she lacks professionalism and customer service skills at times. I have felt very uncomfortable in the way she treats her hardworking employees.

They give the absolute best pedicures. I came here once and never stopped! I go to Lina and i love her . She’s amazing ! I came here for the first time about a week ago and I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure by Aurora (I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly). She was absolutely amazing!! She was absolutely amazing!! When I first arrived, I was immediately greeted and 2 different nail techs came over and assisted me right away, even with no appointment! Aurora was super friendly, and took her time with doing both my hands and feet. I noticed throughout my time here that she genuinely cared about how my nails turned out. I have been getting gel manicures and pedicures for a while from other salons in the area, and they always end up chipping a few days later due to me being a waitress, and this was the first time, even after the first week that not one single nail has chipped!!! Every employee that works here was super friendly, and from reading other reviews, it seems that people complain about their services being pricey; but in my opinion, you get what you pay for. I have received other services cheaper from other places, but this is the first salon in the area that I am fully satisfied! It’s unfortunate because although a bit overpriced they do decent work. First excuse was the technician got covid the second was the tech wasn’t go to be there at the time. Why have the time Available on your app of the tech isn’t available? If I commit and confirm and pay a deposit I think it’s unprofessional to reschedule me to random days and hours that I didn’t ask for. The pedi area was ultra-hygienic, and Mari really took her time with my ragged soles, and she massaged my calves and I was melting away. Just great! Afterward, she gave me a fabulous shoulder massage and I got a complimentary tube of lovely hand lotion. Thank you, everyone, for such a wonderful and relaxing experience. I cam in today at 5pm and asked for services and before I could finish my sentence I was told by the owner that other people made appointments and that I should come back another day when regular people are not here . There was only two people (white) in the nail salon and when I asked what time they close she said 7:30pm and I asked again why could I not get service and she said it would be better if I come back tomorrow whe no one is there . I SENT MULTIPLE CLIENTS TO HER BUSINESS. One day STAY AWAY! KATHY THE OWNER IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE WILL BE THE REASON HER OWN BUSINESS FAILS. I have been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 1.5 yrs for my nails. I SENT MULTIPLE CLIENTS TO HER BUSINESS. One day, I asked my stylist whose best for eyebrows and she said Kathy. When I asked Kathy to clean my eyebrows she caught an attitude with the stylist & said asked why did she say that. I was taken back by that. Today I called in advance to ask to speak to Kathy so that I can make an appointment to do my eyebrows. She spoke in 3rd person and said \"Kathy is in and out she doesnt take appointments.\" I recognized her voice and said \"arent I talking to Kathy?\" She immediately said \"yes but I have customers already and if you want me to touch you I CHARGE ALL OF THE CUSTOMERS WHO SEE ME EXTRA\" I said \"No problem, how much extra?\" She then told me that a $7 eyebrow cleanup with her will turn into $15!!!!! ARE HER HANDS MADE OF GOLD?! She treats her Hispanic workers cruel and acts as if shes better than everyone else. more ... less ...
