I found this beauty salon on google. This is the worst experience in my life. The first thing I asked a Mexican lady, who said was the manager as if she knew how to blow dry my hair. She said yes. Kim was great on the phone, and I was immediately welcomed as if I had been going there for years. They didnt rush me to pick my color, and the pedicurist took her time and was very meticulous. I did the $35 spa pedicure which included an extra foot scrub, callous removals, and massage and it was well-worth the extra money. ($20 for a standard pedicure)\nThis was only my second time doing a dip nail manicure, and Kim did that for me directly. She was so friendly and chatty, and answered my questions about the process. They truly look just like a regular paint job but have a thicker coating, last 2-3 weeks, and are supposed to be less damaging than gel. I started coming here over 30 yrs & my late elderly, handicapped mother went with me weekly for abt 20 yrs. They were esp kind & caring to my mother & she couldnt wait to go. It made her so happy. It made her so happy. Francesca is a sweetheart. Now I am disabled & she treats me as she did my mother. The place is always decorated beautifully. Nails are done to perfection. Most importantly, its IMMACULATELY clean. I remember an inspector coming with a trainee the inspector told the trainee that she always takes trainees to the best first & Francescas is best!
