I walked in and the hairdresser was very rude! She looked me up and down, and didnt even acknowledge me. Unprofessional. Would never recommend this unfriendly, biased establishment. My mom booked a appointment days before for a manicure and pedicure for 7/14/21 at 6pm (they close at 7). Once we got there we stayed for 30+ minutes. During this time, they were taking others. If I could give zero stars I would! Highly dont recommend.\nI got a shellac pedicure and powder dip manicure. The pedicure was okay, it was very rushed, no scrubbing on my heels. I got tips, I wanted them shorter, all my nails are different lengths. I requested an oval shape most of my nails dont match. The dip was very thick and bulky. I asked many times for the last working on my nails to shorten them and make the dip thinner, I felt like I was being rushed. My cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed, the dip was right on my cuticles. My nails started lifting 3 days after my manicure! I also started to notice a discoloration of yellow in my light pink nails. I didnt receive any cuticle oil or a hand massage.\nFor the price I paid I was ripped off. I had to file down my nails and paint over them 4 days after my service just for them to look presentable. I definitely will never be returning. more ... less ...

I have been going here for years and I love it. I generally have Lynn do my nails, but every one there is great. The only thing that I would say in a negative way is that their designs are limited, but most nail salons I have been going here for years and I love it. But I do have to give credit to Lynn because she always tries to mimic what I bring her & does a good job.
