Tina and her husband show completely poor customer service , neither one acknowledges you when you enter their business establishment they do rush and poor jobs with their clients. Very unprofessional. I have been going to Nail Pro for probably 10 years and on and off I go through spurts of getting my nails done. On occasion I have tried other places and I have no idea why because I am never disappointed with this business. They already do such an amazing job. Vivian is always willing to get me in right away along with my children. I love her and Danny. But honestly they all do AMAZING! I recently had a bad experience at another salon my oldest daughter had me try. They didn’t listen to what I wanted. Today I saw May and she listened to everything I wanted done. She kept asking if this was okay after shape. I was completely squared and I wanted a more natural almost coffin look but short so not to much and she did it exactly how I wanted it. I love this place and I’m never going anywhere else. My 2 younger daughters had their nails done as well and vivian and not sure who did my youngest but they look absolutely beautiful and so cute! First off! It’s dirty! Especially the pedicure room! Secondly I really pay attention to the work they do. She barely cut and filed my nails. I called to schedule an appointment. Said I could come any day at around 4:30. They scheduled me same day for 4:15. I found a color I like that its close to what Ive gotten at other salons. At 4:45 a manicurist sat me down and started the manicure. Then another manicurist became available and she redirected me to him. Fine. I show him the color I want and he says \"pick another color\" that brand is no good. Im like, fine. I picked my color and then he gave me a down and dirty manicure. I still had dust in my nails when I left. I dont plan on ever going back. The staff never identified themselves, the late start and switching of manicurist and then finally a really bad manicure was enough for me. I would not recommend. more ... less ...

Horrible service. Last time I went In as walk-in and was told it would be 10 minutes. They had my daughter and I soaking for 40 minutes because they didn’t have enough operators. Had 3 appointments today for 12:30. Horrible service. Last time I went In as walk-in and was told it would be 10 minutes. I brought my 2 year old to get a hair cut and we went to Reggie. He gave my son a great hair cut and was fast and efficient and great with my son. I definitely will be bringing sons back there again.
