They are fully staffed but all the girls are not good and they are guaranteed to rush through your Mani Pedi to get you out. Its like a hit or miss never know what your going to get

She was very unprofessional n laughed n spoke n Spanish while doing my feet. The vibe was not good in the salon. The girls were and you knew they were talking about you in there. They had bad attitudes they were smoking in the back. up to the front But the girls in there are very unprofessional and they set off a very bad vibe. Also the prices are so high in this place its ridiculous. For me and my daughter to get manicures and pedicures I spent $200. I have been coming here for a while but after this experience I will never come here again. They need all new staff or they need to be trained to be professional those girls in there are from the street and its like they wanted to fight everybody. They only took who they wanted to take mostly anybody who came in that was spanish. Black girls they did not want to take and they talked about everybody in Spanish. Bad vibe and overpriced for nothing. I can go somewhere else and get better treatment at cheaper prices. more ... less ...

I was a walk in. 2 ppl did my nails. My tips were removed by clipping the tips then using another tip to wedge between my nail and the acrylic across the nail bed. This tore my nails bed to shreads and ripped one at the I was a walk in. 2 ppl did my nails. The overlay actually had to be built and structured since the new growth I had was torn. When the polish was applied I set my hand in the lamp. The tech went to move my hand causing it to hit the top. She then spoke to me about being careful and did not fix the polish properly as you can see. I paid $65 but wasn’t treated very well at all and even though I didn’t complain I did tell her about the things I was unhappy with. Which was 20$ not a bad price if the girl did her job right. Which she didn’t. The gel color looks really bad and the ONE nail she did looks awful. After I walked out, I was so upset so I decided to go back and tell her. She acted like she did a great job or something? Very upsetting. It’s not like I didn’t pay for it ? I even tipped her. WISH I DIDNT because honestly she didn’t deserve not even one dollar as a tip. She’s the girl that sits in the first chair to the left. So next time I’ll wait for the guy to do my nails. Or if I can, I’ll go somewhere else. Definitely not worth going to that girl unless you want her to ruin the rest of your day. more ... less ...
