Very welcoming, clean. There pedicures and nails are great. Love coming here!

The prices have gone up. But the fruits were spoiled. Yes they do have an excellent return policy, but who wants to jump in the car and go back when it happens.

I have been coming to Exotic Nails to have my nails done for 20 yrs. I have always had a good experience. I went to Janes Nails the day after Christmas. I walked in, asked for a manicure pedicure. I had a gift card for 25 dollars - the only reason why I went there because I have had bad experiences there in the past. Half wa I went to Janes Nails the day after Christmas. Half way through my manicure they told me it was $30 dollars that day, which I didnt know. They asked me to pay the 5 dollars right then.\nI didnt have cash and tried to explain I could go get cash next door but they wouldnt let me and I had to give them my debit card. They asked if I wanted to add the tip (quite aggressively) and i told them I would get cash for that. At the end of the hurried manicure pedicure, which has been already chipping a day after, I left telling them Id get the cash for the tip. I got a call from my mom and had to leave right away, although I did intend to tip. I saw in my account they charged 5 dollars but it said \"waiting for final amount from merchant\" on my bank account. The next day the amount changed to 10 dollars. I never consented to 10 dollars, I signed a receipt slip for 5. I called my bank and got my money back.\nNever go here, and most definitely never pay with a card. The terrible service and their bad attitude was enough to keep me away, but I cant believe what they did.What they did is illegal, it is theft. more ... less ...

Came in on Friday morning and was slightly surprised to see quite a bit of people getting manicures. You can request to use a different color than white and it is the same charge. The tools used seemed to be pretty clean and I did see sterile equipment available. The chairs are pretty comfy and if youre getting a pedicure, the chairs have built in massagers in them.\n\nOverall, tips cost me $50, which seems to be a fair price for gel and good, clean service. The boss was very friendly and welcoming, would love to come back again if Im looking to get something done. more ... less ...

Disaster. Don’t go. I called at 630 to see if they had time for a pedicure - they close at 730. They said come on over. I got there and they were vacuuming and cleaning. I got there and they were vacuuming and cleaning. They stopped and one woman took me to do the pedicure. She rushed and went so quickly the whole reason to go for a pedicure was lost. I felt like I was in their way and they just wanted me to leave. After the fastest and worst pedicure of my life I left. Before I even got to my car they had turned the lights off and were locking up. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Don’t go here. more ... less ...

Very bad experience. I made application day before for my daughter and her friends. We showed up on time and the manager told the girl wait for their turn. I asked the manager why and the manager just say sorry. I asked if he can assign anybody asap, the manager yelling to me that i said sorry already, i cannot make it.\nIf the service overbooked, the managet should call me or told me in advance in stead of let clients waiting an hour then say sorry.\nVery bad attitude and very bad communication. 👎 more ... less ...

This nail salon experience was horrendous. The people were nice however, I was watching her place the plastic tip on my nail and lightly coat the tip with Uv gel. LIGHTLY. She did not use acrylic powder over the plastic This nail salon experience was horrendous. She did not use acrylic powder over the plastic tip and combined 2 processes and created a disaster. And of course, just as I suspected… one nail entirely popped off 1 hour later. I then returned to get it fixed only to have the nail glued back on instead of re-done. 1 day later, that same nail broke along with 2 others. This place sucked. I got them taken off immediately and went to another salon. Don’t go here for extensions of any sort. more ... less ...

Been here before and really enjoyed it! A bit disorganized but fun.\nTried to come again, during their listed hours, no one in sight. Walked inside, couldnt find anyone or get a table. Recently, Ive felt that way - techs rush the service and get very frustrated to do simple fixes.\n\nI have now been going to a new salon closer to me with better customer service and with better price ranges.\nHappy I made the change! more ... less ...
