I love this salon. I have been coming here for about 9 years. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I dont understand the negative reviews. I was staying in the area at an Airbnb and I chose this place because it had pretty good reviews. When I walked in and asked if they had time for a pedicure- and they were open for 4 more hours- they all looked at each o I was staying in the area at an Airbnb and I chose this place because it had pretty good reviews. When I walked in and asked if they had time for a pedicure- and they were open for 4 more hours- they all looked at each other as if I was a disturbance and annoyed that I was in there. Not sure why I would get that reaction in a place that should want people to walk in and pay for a service they provide. Wasnt the best pedicure Ive ever had but it wasnt the worst. They forgot me at the drying station and I had to find somebody to actually pay. Not sure I would go again. more ... less ...

I cant say enough about how much I love Kims nails. Kim always takes such care with my nails and I have never been disappointed in the 2 years I have been going. She takes her time and makes sure Im happy with my nails b I cant say enough about how much I love Kims nails. I want to say they were clean and yes it was not dirty but protocols during Covid weren’t like any other nail salon I’ve gone to lately. No temperature check or hand washing required when walking in. The lady who did my nails tried having conversation with me which is nice but kept removing her mask multiple times to speak which all made me very uncomfortable. My nails are also super short and uneven now from being cut the way they were and look like nubs which is very upsetting since I’ve been trying my best to let them grow out. Lady was very blunt as well. Don’t let this stop you from going, it was just my experience and I won’t be going back. Also $$$. At least $10 more than I would have paid at my normal 2 places. more ... less ...

There were 2 spare seats available right next to us. However, the hostess insisted that we move. Basically, for no reason.\n\nI am leaving one star because of the unprofessionalism and horrible attitude of your hostess.\n\nI am sure its a great restaurant.
