I love my balayage with Natalie Garrett! It was my first time there and the atmosphere was very welcoming. She is a true professional and super skilled. So happy with my results and I can’t wait to go back!

I was holding off on writing a review, but it hasn’t even been more than two weeks since i’ve got my nails done and they’re already falling apart. The shape is very off, and when i was telling the nail tech to fix the shape she just kept filing one side and wasn’t getting it right. i left because they looked decent for a halloween costume, but literally two days after one of the tips just broke off. and then the day after another tip fell off. it just upsets me that i had to pay yet i wasn’t very satisfied with how they looked, they all lean to one side and one of them is placed like it’s about to take off for flight. just very disappointed. more ... less ...

I would not recommend this business. I made an appointment and they let me sit there waiting to be serviced for 30 minutes. I finally asked if there was someone there to help me. I was told that they’d help me in I would not recommend this business. I made an appointment and they let me sit there waiting to be serviced for 30 minutes. I finally asked if there was someone there to help me. I was told that they’d help me in another 20 minutes. When it was visible that would not be a happy experience, I was told 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, no one helped me so I left. They never explained to me that they were running behind when I checked in for my appointment. There are 25-30 nail salons in the area so I will never go there again. more ... less ...

Update to the first time that I went there so I scheduled an appointment and made it clear I needed to be seen on time I waited for half hour still was not called to be seen so I left I thought maybe theyre busy Ill just Update to the first time that I went there so I scheduled an appointment and made it clear I needed to be seen on time I waited for half hour still was not called to be seen so I left I thought maybe theyre busy Ill just reschedule so I rescheduled for today my appointment at 3:30 was not seen until 4 p.m. the man who took me was completely unprofessional only took polish off of three of my nails before having to constantly get up and do things for other people not even saying to me oh Im sorry its very busy I have to go do something I was already there for 40 minutes so I just got up and walked out I will never go back there ever again this is the absolute worst Salon Ive ever been to. And apparently the guy that did my nails the first time doesnt even work there anymore I can see why theyre so disorganized and unprofessional .\n\n1st time here and amazing!
