I just want to start off by saying I started going her years ago, it was simple and not crowded so I brought my sister and family so I will say about 9 or ten people, I went between 2 techs whom I liked for a filling and I just want to start off by saying I started going her years ago, it was simple and not crowded so I brought my sister and family so I will say about 9 or ten people, I went between 2 techs whom I liked for a filling and one for a new set, I was told I could only use one and not the one of my choice! I was annoyed stopped for awhile but went back faithfully (mind you they are old fashion wont do any updated styles even when asked) I missed 1 appointment out of years going there because my son got sick I took him to dr he had flu whatever.. So when I called a week later to make an appointment I was told no because I missed that ONE appointment! As if I work there I was scolded by her! Management there is sooo RUDE and entitled and so I was told I cant return because of missing 1 appointment after many years and bs. Well my family will no longer be going there, I reminded them of how much business I bring them. Welp sorry FEFE you lost out, please change your attitude moving forward your business is not booming for you to be acting so high and mighty.
